My recent experience at this store was extremely disappointing. I have been a loyal customer for over a year, but the way they handled a simple mistake on my part was unacceptable. I forgot one of my bags while shopping, and when I returned to collect it, I was met with hostility and suspicion!!Instead of assisting me, the staff asked me to come tomorrow as they would first check the CCTV footage, which basically implied that I was lying about forgetting my bag. They even suggested that all the bags were already in my trolley, insinuating dishonesty on my part. This treatment made me feel like a criminal, and I was appalled by their lack of respect for their customers.I am sharing my experience with others to warn them about the poor customer service and attitude at this store.

Desi brothers is the best option for Indian grocery around the area. They also have fresh vegetables most of the time, which is a plus. But some of the items are past expiry so always check date before buying anything. The cafe inside is also pretty decent...most of the items taste authentic. Overall it is a go-to Indian grocery store for everything

One stop shop for all Indian variety. We always have a great experience here at Desi Brothers. The store is clean & the most of the products are available. Prices are affordable, and they also have their own brand snacks, lentils etc. with affordable pricing. I never had any issue with the products purchased from here, and even in some cases I had to return the product the staff was helpful and would do all the needful. Vipul's kitchen also has a variety of sweets & snacks. Highly recommend.

Today i had very bad experience at this place, we came 20mins before closing. They started turning off lights 15mins before and many customers are inside shopping. This is very bad management, the owner of this store should take an action.

They have literally everything. Do not order from Quicklly, they overcharge. Worth the cab trip to and fro the actual store. Helpful staff. Ask for boxes to take stuff home. My favorite Indian store in North Austin.
