Lots of great things there. But the security person greeting is too much, so loud and every single time. There’s no need for all that.
Also there’s usually one fitting room open (not the back ones with many) literally just one. Thus causing people to wait and a long line. I asked the security, she said that’s on her manager. I asked the manager kindly and respectfully and gave me a very ugly answer “because she doesn’t want too” or “doesn’t have to tell me why.” If it wasn’t for her warming up to me and then us having a nice conversation, she then giving me viable and good reasons, she would have continued with terrible customer service. The reasoning she later gave were “not enough staff” or “people steal.” This was the original answer she should’ve given instead.
At the end she was nice, but she could work on her initial customer service.
I understand this is not the employees faults, but DD’s management in the corporate level need to figure it out.

Has good deals but lines are always long and they usually have only one or two people per register also some items tend to be ripped into and just repackaged and put back on the shelf

All the workers walking around instead of helping checking customers out. Only two registers open and the line all the way to the dressing rooms. Great clothes but customer service is terrible.
I go to DD’s all the time in Dallas.

This particular location always has a great variety of merchandise. I can always find what I'm looking for and at great prices. That's why I shop here. Dd's discount stores are one of my favorite stores just for the fact that they do have great prices. The items I find are always so nice. And they do carry name brands as well. Bebe, Juicy couture, Steve Madden just to name a few. I have bought my grandkids their Christmas toys here and clothes. I love Dd's!!! One happy customer. Although the line was pretty long. More cashiers would have been nice. When traveling I always look for this store wherever I go.

Totally upset, it doesn't seem strange to me that every time I come to the store there is always a long line, since there is only one cashier working, 5 free cash registers and only one person to cancel, workers are needed so that this process is not so long, almost 40 minutes stop cancel ?
