Dog goes in a mess. Dog comes out clean. I can see the entire room and it looks tidy. Who I assume is the owner is pleasant enough. Get call when dog is ready. Happy dog.

STAY AWAY! OF THE 166 REVIEWS... 52 (1/3RD) ARE 1 STAR!!Owner, Eddie, is ANGRY, YELLS, IRRATIONAL, UNREASONABLE and lacks any form of EMPATHY.About a year ago, when I picked up my dog they couldn't find his collar, so I had to purchase a new one. In the last 6 weeks I've received 2 calls regarding what caller thinks is "my lost dog". First call, lost dog was being taken to shelter, figured they'd call me or scan for chip, never heard anything so assumed dog had been reunited.Last week received another call, same dog lost again. Explained to the caller my collar was put on the dog (Schnauzer) at the groomer, so not my dog but groomer has contact info for owner.Head into Daycare Grooming and talk to owner's assistant. Explain the situation, she shows me stack of sign in sheets, so the assumption is they keep contact info.Go back on Sunday with the 2 dates my dog and the Schnauzer had been at his shop on the same day. I start to explain why I'm there, he starts to practically yell.'YOU LOST YOUR DOG A YEAR AGO, THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. YOU WERE IN HERE WASTING ALL OF OUR TIME, YOU JUST WOULDNT STOP TALKING, JUST BLAH BLAH BLAH THE WHOLE TIME!" He continues on his rant and clearly doesn't understand I am trying to reunite the lost dog with the owner. He continues to yell and when he takes a breath, I ask if I can talk. I start to explain and he just interrupts me over and over "NOT MY PROBLEM, TAKE THE DOG TO THE VET, WE DONT HAVE TIME, IF WE'RE NOT WORKING WE'RE NOT MAKING MONEY".I explain clearly, "MY DOG AND THE SCHNAUZER WERE HERE ON THE SAME DAY, YOU HAVE THE CONTACT INFO OF THE SCHNAUZER OWNER. I AM TRYING TO REUNITE THE OWNER WITH HIS LOST DOG"... He still goes on and on, yelling has zero interest in helping. I really cant believe it and I've never encountered a biz owner who was such an A HOLE! Finally, I tell him "OMG you are such an F'ing AHOLE!"He moves toward the door and as I walk past him, which was actually pretty scary (to be so close to an outrageously irate man, for fear his anger could turn physical), as I walk by he calls me aF'ing C*NT!! nice!So the BIG A HOLE has the ability to look up the owners info and reunite him with his lost dog and he refuses. Not his problem, not his concern.This man is in the pet business and he doesn't care about pets. He only cares about the $$ that can be made. And imagine, I read he breeds puppies too, just another exchange for some cash in his pocket.He doesn't have time to look up the owner, but you know he'll take the time to tear me up in his response to my review.Check out his responses to one star reviews! Our go-to walk in groomer for our dogs. They do a good job. If you are super picky and want a show dog cut, maybe this isn't your place. If you're like me and too lazy to groom your own dog and just want a doggie hair cut, this is your place!

The owner of this business has a disgusting lack of respect for any criticism, labeling all reviewers “Karens” if they dare to mention the fact that this is clearly a backyard breeder. Do NOT support this place even if you are just using their grooming services. They are not even trying to hide the fact that they are a BYB and i saw they had sharpei puppies at one point which, is a MASSIVE indicator that they breed unethically. Steer clear of this place so they can stop contributing to the unethical breeding / overpopulation problem. Ethical breeders do NOT sell puppies like this. This place needs to be shut down and the owner should be ashamed of himself. If you want to get a puppy and don’t want to get it from a shelter, there are many ways to find ethical breeders. Breeders like this rarely do any kind of health testing, their puppies are often inbred (which causes health issues) and they don’t have a substantial vetting process to ensure the future owners can actually take care of the puppies. Also, when i went at 5:15 to try and get some pictures, they were already closed. Even though it says open until 6pm on google.There is absolutely no excuse to give money /business to unethical people like this. There are so many other groomers and so many other places to get puppies, ETHICALLY

How is this place even in business? Completely rude to me from the moment I walked up. Disregarded me and tried to push on me what THEY thought was right. And were rude when I tried to politely decline. So I say I'm sorry and will likely go elsewhere and then they berate me for "making a stupid decision". Stuff like this only happens on prank TV shows or movies right? WRONG! JFC. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! SERIOUSLY. WHO TALKS LIKE THAT TO CUSTOMERS????

Never understood all the terrible reviews. Been taking my dogs here for years and the owner always does a great job. He’s busy as he takes walk-ins so he might not have time to have a 30 minute conversation with you but he’s friendly if you are nice to him and does an excellent job.

Listen these people are sooo amazing!! I brought my chihuahua mix in on Sunday to be groomed he has extremely high anxiety issues. They were sooo extremely patient with him and comforting. He looked and smelled absolutely amazing afterwards! Please don't believe any of the negative reviews on here they are all lies! If you need to get your precious furbabies looking and smelling amazing please give them a call!!❤️❤️??

Love day care grooming on anderson mill. My dogs are always washed very good and smell amazing . The owner is very dedicated and attentive . We love the place and have been going for almost 8 years and continue to do so. Thank you for the great service provided to our furry babies on Saturday.

Eddie always does a phenomenal job! He takes such great care, and his attention to detail does not go unnoticed. My baby Muffin is always getting compliments. Love love love his work! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Been brining my dog to daycare grooming since he was a pup. absolutely love the owner. I’m awful at keeping up with scheduling and with daycare grooming tht is no longer an issue for me!! Daycare grooming is always there for me and my fur babies whenever we need them!!!
