When I called about a possible in-home jukebox repair, I was told that doesn't do house calls, but he took the the time to explain what might be the problem and how I might fix it myself. His advice worked and solved my problem. I'm truly grateful for the time he took to help me. It saved me the hassle of finding someone else and also saved me a repair bill for something I was able to do myself with his help. Many thanks!

David Kugle is a maestro. Great professional & premier expert in jukeboxes. A few years ago he promptly diagnosed & fixed a problem with our Wurlitzer "One More Time" 45rpm jukebox. So, obviously, we called on him again when our bus load of grandkids had abused the box into malfunctioning. Then he performed a miracle & talked me through the complex repair over the phone. Bingo. Dr.Kugle is what you wish for from any service professional.

Purchased my 1972 Seeburg from David Kugle Jukebox for any absolutely great deal, this machine is still running in tip top shape after the 12 years of my owning it. He was able to go through the whole machine and figure out just what the issue was, and the cost was just right. David also gave great recommendations on how to operate the machine and owners maintenance to-do. After I had a large part, there was an issue with the record not ejecting, and I was able to reach him and schedule a house call with in the week. Amazing! I honestly have no clue where to find anyone else that offers this lever of customer service with Jukebox and coin-op repairs.

I have a 1952 Seeburg and it started having problems after moving it. I found David via a google search. I left him a message and he called me back quickly. We scheduled a time for him to walk me through the problem/fix and did so on FaceTime. He was very professional, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very patient. He knew exactly what the problem was with my machine and walked me through the fix. I can't say enough about how awesome David was to deal with. Thanks again David, I truly appreciate it!

I called David and left a message one weekend, he called me back Monday and was able to solve my problem in minutes over the phone. He knew exactly what the problem was and we were able to share a photo or two and boom my box is working again! I've had my 1950'ish jukebox for over a year now and have troubleshot myself, but was unable to repair. David is the bomb, call him if you need jukebox repair.
