Can't say enough good things about my experience at Dane's! I came by for a tour and joined for a workout the following week. The workout was challenging and intentionally-programmed. Chad is a gem! I will definitely be back.

The Shop is a very inclusive gym with very supportive members. The coaches will always modify and help you with any workout. Between the strength, fusion, and running classes, the schedule is flexible and there is something for everyone.

Love this place. Great community and atmosphere for all skill levels. Dane is a wonderful guy and has built a wonderful/welcoming environment.
