So confused by others’ reviews. Sure they usually have one pharmacist, but they’re always kind and patient. I am usually done in less than five minutes. It’s in a giant store in a very busy shopping center, folks. I like this one bc I can do a Target run at same time.

Never a good experience here. Always Short staffed, employees are rude. On occasion you’ll have someone that is relatively nice.

This location is super busy but I will keep coming back because customer service is really good and most importantly it feels truly genuine! They take the time to explain about new meds, answer your questions and make you feel like they’ve known you for a long time! I feel welcomed and I like it! Thank you, it’s really appreciated:) !

staff is attentive and friendly, organized and efficient, quality for senior customers, convenuent location in target retail store if thst is where you already shop, plus a starbucks inside, they offer vaccines with online scheduling, care rewards coupons too.

Tried coming into today to get my booster and the lady was rude and didn’t even seem to care to help. Told me they needed my vaccination record card to be able to do the shot when no one said that before hand. Unprofessional

Still waiting 4 hours to get my prescription filled for only 4 tablets. Theres always one pharmacist there and they're always overworked. I dont like this place at all. No fault to the pharmacist. Maria was very nice, but only one person on staff all day every day is not ok

Ever since Chris left and Maria doesn't work much,that pharmacy has gone to hell... they have their preferred customers (the technician ,jumped over to the new pharmacist now it's just a bother to go. Last visit my dad picked my medication ,the main pharmacist Wu charged me for 28 pills only received 14... even if that's all they had why charge for all 28?... that lady has horrible people skills and apparently she cannot count or someone is a thief in there. Horrible.

Why is there only ever 1 pharmacist working on any given day? No matter what day we go, there’s always a crazy line and 1 overworked pharmacist. This is a vaccine location and in a giant shopping center. How could you be so poorly staffed?

Love this CVS! The only cvs around the slaughter area that would special order my prescription when cvs stopped carrying a specific brand. So nice that they continue to go the extra mile every month for me!

I’m honestly not sure how this place has the score it does. It’s awful. The drive thru has just the one lane for pickup and takes FOREVER to get through. I waited for 40 minutes one time just for them to tell me that my RX hadn’t been filled, as I was instructed it would be through their refill system - which is also annoying to navigate over the phone. Then, I get a text the next day saying my RX is available now. I work full time and have 2 small children. It’s hard for me to schedule these trips out since I’m expected to wait in line for 30 or more minutes.Also, I get people need to take lunch breaks and whatnot, but instead of staggering breaks, they close down. Then, when you come back after lunch, there’s a long line of cars in the drive thru and a long line of people inside. It just seems like it’s not coordinated very well. I used to go to H-E-B and didn’t have these problems. I’ve made the switch back because I’ve been frustrated with every visit at CVS.

We had a vaccine appointment and the pharmacy closed without giving us notice then cancelled our appointment the next day without any warning. There is no way to actually speak to a CVS pharmacy employee on the phone and now we have to wait another week to find another appointment. Very frustrating!
