Don’t put people on hold and then hang up the second you take them off hold

I'm a customer at this location. I used to get my prescription here. The experience was great in the beginning, but over time they sent to text messages saying my insurance didn't take or they didn't tell me my prescription was ready. I told the pharmacist and she didn't want to be held accountable for their employees actions or their own.I shop in here a lot. When the store was being rearrange and updates I heard a Manger tell someone they they're getting a write up for leaving a scanner on the floor to scan the new products in the slots. I was furious. This is not how you treat employees. I spoke to an employee that used to work there. Apparently they're always this is how they treat their employees. They're always understaffed. It's hard for them to keep customers and staff, because no one being getting treated fairly.

US 79 CVS pharmacy is so incompetent inconvenience lack of hygiene. Covid test box wide open. Close at 7 pm. How this place still be able to open in this kind of economy. Just close it down if you cant even assist customers.

After repeated experiences with poorly-trained and incapable cashiers, I have given up on CVS and moved on to see if Walgreens is any better

Two months in a row. Different prescriptions, out of stock, not delivered when expected. Had to transfer both to another CVS to get them when I needed them.

The store manage Edgar did a great job helping me with photos that weren't turning out how I wanted. He was patient and helpful. It was a bit of a situation that took longer than I expected. He went out of his way to resolve the issue and I got my pictures just how I wanted them!

This pharmacy is utterly inept. They've messed up our prescriptions countless times, yet we continue coming back due to the convenient location. Never again. Today they charged me for 3 bottles of a prescription when I only ordered 1, and they refuse to give me a refund. I was surprised at the price but she said she double checked and it was accurate. Then I got home and opened the bag to find 3 little bottles instead of 1. Went back and spoke with the same woman that did the original transaction and she said the pharmacist refused to refund me $120 for their own mistake. I'm livid and want to warn others. The convenient location is NOT worth the time and money you will waste here, not to mention the risk of them getting your medication wrong, which they've also done to us in the past.

Gross and untrained. Okay, I've filled prescriptions here before, not the fastest place. When i had run out if thyroid for a few days i had my physician call in an "emergency" script to carry me over until my regular prescription was delivered by mail. This lady 1) told me they didn't have enough in stock to fill my prescription without knowing what my doctor had ordered. They did have more than enough in stock to carry me through. 2) i watched her start to fill my prescription and count the pills. As she's holding the medication bottle, she just rests the opening of the open bottle on her face by her mouth. Then returns my pills into the bottle. I didn't get a pic of that but her ungloved hand shows her thumb also over the opening as she puts the pills in and out of the bottle and keeps recounting them. I typically wouldn't post this but the location did not seem all that concerned by her behavior and simply told me in response that then i couldn't get my medicine filled . You decide, I'm pretty confident that there are protocols being broken. I don't want her germs. Thank you.

I've lived all over the country and dealt with countless pharmacies. This one has the dubious honor of being the worst out of any pharmacy I've dealt with. Even doctor's offices in the area have warned me against using them. When my doctor called a script into them, they were not able to fill it for several days. I guess they must be chronically understaffed, because the word "slow" doesn't even cover how pathetic their service is.I just hung up the phone after being on hold for the pharmacy for over an hour. No one ever answered - I guess they've just decided to stop answering their phones now.If you need to get anything from them with less than a 72-hour lead time, the only way to do it is to drive in to the store and inform them that you are waiting until they fill your prescription before you leave. Expect to wait an hour for them to slap a sticker on a box and ring you up; longer if they have to put pills in a bottle. The only reason that I continue to use them is that I have to - my employer's insurance provider is CVS (which means I can't use any other pharmacy) and the nearest other CVS is 45 minutes away.

If possible, I would rate negative to this location. Extremely unhelpful and rude pharmacy staffs (1/2 might be exceptions) I have ever seen, regular delay in medicine preparation.

Terribly long wait for prescriptions to be filled. Generally rude service, but not always, probably due to disgruntled customers. CVS, in general, would rather sell you grocery store stuff instead of being a pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. Rather than putting forth an effort to help a customer get life-saving medication (insulin!), the pharmacist put forth minimal effort all the while rolling her eyes at the customer. I truly wish licenses could be revoked after such little care. The pharmacist at this store is a terrible human being. Thankfully, another pharmacy in the area helped and all is well. I will be transferring all medications away from CVS.

As a regular customer of CVS pharmacy, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service provided by their staff. On several occasions, I have received incorrect information from them regarding my prescriptions, which has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Furthermore, I have experienced situations where the staff has argued with me at the window, despite my attempts to clarify my concerns in a calm and respectful manner. As a result of these negative experiences, I regret to say that I will no longer be doing business with CVS pharmacy. I believe that it is essential for a healthcare provider to provide accurate and reliable information to their customers, and to treat them with respect and empathy. Unfortunately, I have not found these qualities in the service provided by CVS pharmacy.I hope that CVS pharmacy takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their services. I would appreciate it if they could provide better training to their staff on how to communicate effectively with customers and ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Until such improvements are made, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This CVS location is atrocious. They repeatedly seem to not receive prescriptions sent to them by medical providers, and they will do absolutely nothing to help you solve issues.

Review for Pharmacy only- The pharmacy does not answer the phone... EVER. I have waited for over an hour for someone to just answer the phone in the pharmacy on multiple occasions. Horrible customer service and the pharmacist has consistency been unprofessional and rude.
