Went to fill my prescription and one of my new ones was $130 for 3 months. When I arrived to pick it up, Amanda advised there is a coupon thru the maker online. She walked me through the process. After it was all said and done, there was no co-pay. This was awesome news and all due to Amanda. Thanks for hiring quality people and looking out for the community.

I went to the CVS trying to print photos for Father’s Day gift. I was sitting there at the kiosk struggling. There was a nice young lady who took the time to help me. It took quite a while for me to get it, but she was very patient and had a smile on her face the whole time she is a very good employee and has great customer service. Don’t know her name, but I want to thank her.

I came here to buy a badly needed rare tea tree oil that I saw online, it was available at this store. I looked around but couldn't find it. I asked the pharmacy staff and after a few minutes of trying to locate it, one of them gave up and handed me over to Jenny. We started to look around, back and forth but couldn't find it. Jenny stuck with me, and she went shelf to shelf, but still she couldn't find it. At last, she went back to the back of the store somewhere and searched until she retrieved it. Thank you, Jenny, for not giving up. You surely rock in my book.

If your medication is life or death, do not get your medication here. You will be dead before they wake up enough to realize your medication is out of stock.
1/14 - Dr.'s office sent prescription to CVS.
1/15 - Went to this CVS and they said they didn't have the prescription. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence.
1/17 - Waited a day before going back to give them some time. They said they did not have a prescription yet. Alright. I emailed my Mom's nurse and she resent it.
That evening I get a text from CVS they got my prescription and they'll text when it's ready. I attached a picture.
Saturday and Sunday go by and nothing.
1/20 - Monday now, I come back to pick up my prescription and the pharmacist says it'll be ready in 20 minutes. Do I want to wait?
Ma'am, what choice do I have? Sure.
She calls me on the intercom about 20 minutes later to tell me the prescription is out of stock and they have to order it. It will be one to two more days.
MA'AM. Ma'am.
Just forget it.
I went to a different pharmacy and they filled my prescription so fast and gave me a discount on the medication through one of their programs.
Thank God my Mom has other heart medication she takes keeping her alive or these people would have killed her while she waited for them to fill out a prescription. I do not recommend using this pharmacy.

I had no choice but to use CVS today bc Walgreens was closed due to power outage. First time I asked about the script the young woman at the counter said “we don’t have it” so I called the Dr and she was able to send me a screen shot showing it had been send and they had in fact received it. So, I go to the counter 2 minutes later to ask again, and she said it was there, but I would have to wait bc it was 1:57pm and they were closing for lunch. She made me sit there in pain, (kidney) staring at her while she ate for another 30 minutes. She never smiled, she never apologized for the wait. She knows the script was available the first time I asked but her food delivery had just arrived so she closed up a few mins early. The pharmacist was there and never said a word about it. This was clearly an everyday practice. Save yourself the trouble, choose literally anywhere else.

The pharmacist at this location was helpful. She took the time to look up preferred medication in the patient’s insurance formulary and help the physician adjust prescriptions accordingly.

Pretty much the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Never has even the most basic things. Common antibiotics? Nope. Common cholesterol meds? Nope. Don’t waste your time call another Pharmacy[update]: just when I think that this location can't get any worse, they set the bar even lower. Went there the other day and found a sign "closed, due to no staff". I don't even know why this location exists (which is a shame, b/c it's in a very good location)

This CVS is beautiful, but there are many other issues.1. The workers all seem like they hate their jobs.2. The restroom didn't have toilet paper, soap, nor paper towels.3. There was no worker in the front of the store for at least 10 minutes.4. No one seemed knowledgeable.

Seriously? I had a prescription for a temperature sensitive injectable sent to this pharmacy while traveling in TX. They placed it in a brown paper bag and just stuck it on the shelf. Luckily I made a point of picking it up as soon as I was notified they received it, so it was still cold. Use a different CVS.
