Every time u go in there and ya get a discount coupon to buy. Then ya go to cash register it don't take it. But yet ya have to argue with the people on how the coupon reads. It' don't say way they claim that u buy one ya get half off. They need to post that where the product is at. The duscout coupon needs to read that as well.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience until today. I came in for my vaccine which I had an appointment for but there were issues with my insurance. The people at the beginning were really nice and I was really patience. My company mentioned that the pharmacist would need to call them to see why my insurance wouldn’t go through. So I waited and waited. The pharmacist whose name is Angela Do was so cruel. She kept complaining to me that she didn’t have time for this. I’m deaf so the only way I could communicate with her was with my phone. She refused to read what I typed. She kept pushing my phone away and told me she didn’t have time for this as she had many other people here. I came an hour ago, there were no people waiting. I sat there patiently waiting, trying to help them by calling too. What I experienced with Angela Do was just horrible, she embarrassed me in front of everyone and then she just grabbed me and said fine you get the vaccine and insurance will deal with it later. She stomped angrily and grabbed the vaccine I needed and gave it to me while I sat there quietly feeling really upset. I did not even do anything wrong, her approach was terrible and I have never met anyone as terrible as her before. Ignoring my phone when I was trying to communicate with her, yelling at me, telling me to come back another time.. this was really unprofessional. I hope the manager takes the time to see the recorded video from today to really watch and see how Angela treated me. There were a lot of cameras at the pharmacy area, if the manager sees this comment, please take the time today to watch how Angela treated me.

607pm Friday, December 29th. Absolutely rude and belittling pharmacist, Manida, at the drive thru window. Not up to par with any other CVS.

The pharmacy is horrible. I had my doctor call in a medication at 9am. At 2pm I called to make sure it was ready to pick up and was on hold for 20 minutes. I drove to the CVS and they said they didn’t have the prescription and they were too busy to answer the phone. I called my doctor and she confirmed it was sent in at 9am. Had her transfer it to Walgreens and picked it up in 1/2 hr since this pharmacy team can’t do their job.

I went a week and a half without insulin because of this place. I got terribly sick. This is the worst pharmacy. Iv been going here for 12 years. Just this past year they have declined drastically. Do yourself a favor and use HEB pharmacy. This place is awful

Came to the pharmacy and they shut the doors on me so they could go to lunch. Seriously, how long does it take to ring me up? Couldn't wait 5min? I'd rather go to another pharmacy farther away than deal with bad customer service again.

Awful place. 7 days and I still don't have my prescription filled. I have been calling twice a day to find out why and nobody ever answers the phone. I already called my doctor to move my prescriptions to HEB, but still stuck waiting on this one.

It is not possible to speak to anyone at this location short of going there. I’ve stayed on hold listening to their annoying music for up to 30 minutes, at which point I gave up, but they never pick up. It happens every time I try to call them.

Angela, the pharmacist, was a delight to work with. She helped us navigate our insurance, and gave us our immunizations pleasantly, promptly and efficiently. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly. You could really ask for nothing more than that!

I LOVE THIS PHARMACY AND STORE!! The pharmacists are all wonderful and so are the pharmacy techs!! I am always greeted with a friendly smile and kindness when I pick up a prescription, shop, or get a vaccine. Tonight Angela Do the pharmacist went out of her way to help me and I really appreciated her care and concern. The awesome girls that work the drive thru and counter also go out of their way to help me and are always so wonderful to me too. The manager James on duty tonight at the front of the store had a line of customers he was helping but was still patient and friendly even during a busy time. I love this CVS, frequent it often, and would give them 20 stars if I could!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Very racist employees. I’ve experienced TWO occurrences of racism.First time I was looking at nail polish though because everything in this store is overpriced, I decided not to buy anything. As I’m leaving, an employee runs up to the entrance as fast as she could, as if she was about to catch us stealing.Second time I’m shopping today and I’m in the middle of the store, nowhere near a cash register and this guy who looks like Mr. Clean comes up to me and starts asking if I’m ready to check out. I’m like, “huh? No?” Who would ask if I’m ready to check out while I’m in the middle of shopping?Extremely racist employees and overpriced items. Should be shut down

It said the headphones was on sale for $8.99. When I went to the self checkout the girl had to come ring me up. And the headphones come up as $17.99. So I asked her if they were on sale for $8 and she said only if I had my CVS card. She didn't even bother to ask if I wanted them which I didn't. I couldn't even remove the item. So I didn't even bother buying the flip flop or headphones. Because I also didn't appreciate the cashier attitude.

CVS could make it easy to use the monthly 30% off coupons. Every time for the past 3 months I experience an issue at the register. It isn't the cashier's fault. It's the stupid system that won't process the bar code correctly!!!
