I went in to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered from ups. The sender said that it showed on their end that cvs signed for it. The items I purchased are not in stock any longer and all I got was a run around. I called again trying to wait to see if it was a possible glitch in the system still nothing. Needless to say very disappointed at the fact ups said the delivered it, the sender said it was delivered, the store clerks basically said they had no idea where it was. Very poor communication and the tool that they have showed my name as a drop off still nothing. Do t have packages delivered there you could get ripped off.

I ordered online. When I opened purchase, it was not what I ordered . Refused the order. Informed by manager that I would have to go online for refund. When I left store, I got message saying I had picked up the order. Now I'll have to spend time on phone trying to get refund.

This has been “my” drugstore and pharmacy for many years. In m experience, the employees have always been very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Every time u go in there and ya get a discount coupon to buy. Then ya go to cash register it don't take it. But yet ya have to argue with the people on how the coupon reads. It' don't say way they claim that u buy one ya get half off. They need to post that where the product is at. The duscout coupon needs to read that as well.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience until today. I came in for my vaccine which I had an appointment for but there were issues with my insurance. The people at the beginning were really nice and I was really patience. My company mentioned that the pharmacist would need to call them to see why my insurance wouldn’t go through. So I waited and waited. The pharmacist whose name is Angela Do was so cruel. She kept complaining to me that she didn’t have time for this. I’m deaf so the only way I could communicate with her was with my phone. She refused to read what I typed. She kept pushing my phone away and told me she didn’t have time for this as she had many other people here. I came an hour ago, there were no people waiting. I sat there patiently waiting, trying to help them by calling too. What I experienced with Angela Do was just horrible, she embarrassed me in front of everyone and then she just grabbed me and said fine you get the vaccine and insurance will deal with it later. She stomped angrily and grabbed the vaccine I needed and gave it to me while I sat there quietly feeling really upset. I did not even do anything wrong, her approach was terrible and I have never met anyone as terrible as her before. Ignoring my phone when I was trying to communicate with her, yelling at me, telling me to come back another time.. this was really unprofessional. I hope the manager takes the time to see the recorded video from today to really watch and see how Angela treated me. There were a lot of cameras at the pharmacy area, if the manager sees this comment, please take the time today to watch how Angela treated me.

Isra (pharmacy lead tech) is amazing!! They helped me fix account issues & update payment information in record time. This location is always very busy- in addition to being exceptionally knowledgeable & professional, they were also very kind. Thank you for making my pharmacy experience so pleasant!

The pharmacy is horrible. I had my doctor call in a medication at 9am. At 2pm I called to make sure it was ready to pick up and was on hold for 20 minutes. I drove to the CVS and they said they didn’t have the prescription and they were too busy to answer the phone. I called my doctor and she confirmed it was sent in at 9am. Had her transfer it to Walgreens and picked it up in 1/2 hr since this pharmacy team can’t do their job.

I went a week and a half without insulin because of this place. I got terribly sick. This is the worst pharmacy. Iv been going here for 12 years. Just this past year they have declined drastically. Do yourself a favor and use HEB pharmacy. This place is awful

Came to the pharmacy and they shut the doors on me so they could go to lunch. Seriously, how long does it take to ring me up? Couldn't wait 5min? I'd rather go to another pharmacy farther away than deal with bad customer service again.

They moved across the street into a bigger, cleaner store a few years ago. Initially it was much better than the old one. Lately though, the people in the pharmacy are way overworked. There's always a line whether in the store or at the drive thru. It also takes longer for the prescription to be refilled. At the front of the store there is rarely a clerk at the cash register or to help with self-pay. I've just been using self-pay but sometimes it demands a clerk or manager. Then I have to hunt one down somewhere in the store. Serious lack of employees.

People need to give these employees a break. It's not their fault they are understaffed, CVS is not a fun place to work. Despite being understaffed, the pharmacy employees are very friendly and kind.
