I have been a customer of CVS on Ben White Target for years and I used to be happy with the service. But recently, they have hired a new, and obviously immature, pharmacist. She has been rude and bordering on harassment. She has refused to fill prescriptions thati have had filled there for many years previously would have filled.I expect better than this from a company that has my health in their hands so I will never go back to a CVS.

I get some prescription drug for my kid. The clerk just laughed my english. I don't know how many star should I give to them. I just felt very uncomfortable at that moment with her LAUGH.

Never thought I would love a pharmacy so much that I would go out of my way to rate it. This pharmacy inside Target is run by some of the nicest, most caring pharmacists I have ever met. They genuinely want to get you the medications you need at the lowest price every time. They are infinitely helpful. I believe one of them is named Brian and he is the main reason why I come back to this location despite the lack of a drive-through.

Ashley, Stephanie and Bryan are awesome! I had to switch from Victory pharmacy because of insurance years ago. I hated the thought of going to a large chain pharmacy and thought I would just be a number there. I was wrong, the staff there are always personable, remember me, and always take a moment for a little friendly chit chat. They have helped me save money when I lost my insurance and I always get my flu shots there. Keep up the good work guys, I appreciate you all!

If Ashley is the pharmacist RUN! She is the worst. Always gives trouble about refilling prescriptions and had the absolute worst attitude. The man working the register was nice but wow, Ashley sucked. Didn't even sound like she knew what she was talking about and I ended up going to another CVS because she acted like a child. Don't think she should be handling pills.

This store is less of a cluster than the south lamar store. It still involves the horrible CVS computer system. I transferred out from South Lamar to this store 4 months ago. I've lost a month and a half of my extremely expensive medication between the south lamar store and this one. The south lamar store always had the computers go down. This one said the medicine was on hold once for some unknown reason. This time they said I was enrolled in autorefill. One time they were out and I had to go to the William Cannon store. No one at these stores cares. When I called today and asked when the last time it was filled yet, they tried to be shifty and say would you like that refilled, knowing that something had gone wrong. Then she tried to talk about my other medcine. I had to ask her three times to finally get the date the expensive medicine was last refilled. The woman said I was yelling at her when I felt like I was just expressing dismay at the system. There was no attempt to explain. There was no apology. What she should have said was sir - I can hear you are upset and you feel like you've lost a lot of your medicine, how can we make sure the system works right for you. There's 0 desire to go above and beyond. I can't say it is surprising. What's surprising is the largest pharmacy in America would have such a terrible computer system. It must cost them a fortune. Anyway, I am going to try my luck at Randalls.

At this time of day there was no wait, which made for a quick and easy pick up of my refill. I was not attended to immediately, which is Not an issue, but what I do take issue with is Not being acknowledged when I walk up to the pick up window. I would have liked if the pharmacist or pharmacist technician would have said, "Hello, we'll be with you shortly."
