This is pretty much like every other CVS that's out there. The cool thing about this one is that it's located on Congress Street, just south of sixth. For everybody that has a little bit too much fun on sixth street, you can go there and get your bandages! It's also right smack in the middle of hotel district , so it's a convenience in case you forget your tooth brush and have a late night rendezvous where your fresh breath is important.

The definition of great management and customer service! Was freezing during this winter weather advisory and the store manager took the time out of his day to check the stockroom for heaters. Not only did he find one but he assisted me in my check out and signed me up to be a cvs member.

Friendly workers here and easy to pick up a prescription. If you have the CVS card there are always deals so worth it!

Rudest experience I’ve had in any store, ever. I approached the register with my purchases in hand, two women were behind the counter, talking to one another, totally ignoring me. I asked if I could check out. The older one motioned to the kiosks (both in use) and said, “we have machines”. Then said, resentfully, “fine, I’ll check you out” (!). It went downhill from there. The employee’s rudeness and hostility just increased to the point that I asked for a manager. She claimed to be the manager but had no tag and refused to give me her name. She then pretended to call the manager after I repeatedly asked. I saw a man with a tag pass by and flagged him down, asking if he’s the manager. He replied that he was, and no one called him. I recounted the incident, the staff member standing there, arms folded, and said that she wasn’t rude. I was rude. “Dierdre”, the manager said, “stop”. He apologized and said he would speak to her privately. In my opinion Dierdre should be stocking shelves, if not fired. Certainly not dealing with customers.By the way, the second staff member, the younger one, seemed lovely and kind and totally intimidated by Dierdre.I plan on reporting this to corporate. There was no justification whatsoever for this behavior.

Maybe you’re not stupid enough to do this, but DO NOT get your film developed here! They lost my camera/ photos and gaslit me, saying I never brought the camera in. Again, probably my fault for getting film developed at CVS, but still.

I’ve never been to a CVS where the cashiers push to promote having a CVS membership. Associate put in her number, we paid, then she grabbed our receipt and tore off the coupon and said it was hers. Like WTH? Is that not theft?

Pharmacy helped me track down prescription sent to another CVS site and helped me fill it here. Friendly and efficient.

Don’t take the stairs to the 2nd floor to get your prescription. The stairwell hasn’t been cleaned in years. It’s quite disgusting, and more than a little unsanitary. In a pharmacy!Edit: since this post, here are my last two experiences at this same CVS: 1. dropped in to ask that my prescription be take off automatic refill. But they screwed it up and the calls and texts kept coming. 2. Went to by decongestant for my cold and was sold they couldn’t sell it to me because “the system is down.”

Nice location to have but often poorly stocked and the person sitting by the door who tries to get your attention when you enter is extremely ungrateful if you do give him anything. Tried to give him a box of granola bars and was met with "I don't want your BS" as he threw them across the sidewalk.

You know, sometimes you just need a cvs that you can walk/stumble to when you are sick at a conference. Yes, you have to wander through unsheltered hanging out on the sidewalks in front of the property. Yes, you have to go upstairs to get to the pharmacy. Who cares. They have what you need (mostly) and when you're sick that's what matters most.

If you are just going to treat everyone like a criminal, why not just put everything behind Glass. Or is it because I'm a minority. I'm 33 with NO(ZERO)criminal record. I don't need to sully my dignity and honor by stealing cheap Chinese goods. ?

I love this CVS. So nice and clean inside with hard, friendly employees. The pharmacist is absolutely wonderful. Prompt service all around. I am so glad I live down the street!!

The pharmacist was rude and not helpful. He didn't ask if I had any questions on my prescription. When I asked about another prescription that is backordered he was not helpful and showed me he could care less about me. I will be looking for a new pharmacy!

Worst CVS ever. Horrible management. The store consistently closes before it's supposed to. These people don't like to work.
