I would like to give ZERO stars. I have been given wrong information by people at this store many times! We have had so many RXs not filled or taken too long to fill.Today I decided to tell what a horrible person shabad is. He basically told me to shut up and listen to him explain why they suck. Unfortunately my insurance will ONLY let me use CVS if I want to fill my RXs

Visited for the Vaccination and pharmacy pickup.Quick service and helpful staff. Pre checkout form including insurance validation is done online during visiting. Staff shall explain the process along with allergy enquiry. They have seasonal gifts according to the season like Valentines day ,Thanksgiving day. Have a nice visit

This is my go to Pharmacy. I find although seemingly understaffed good service. My experience today was better at the drive thru the lady smiled at me and that was different than most matter of fact window experience. Smiling is under rated!

Got the wrong prescription dosage, nearly killed my pet
I got a prescription for for 1mL of insulin. It was my first time injecting my cat with this medicine and he became immobile soon after. Apparently, the prescription was supposed to be for .03 units (a mL includes 100 units). We then figured out that CVS had also dispensed the wrong size needle on top of not checking the prescription.
Edit: Apparently also even human dosages are not given in mLs but units equal to the amount of carbs someone has eaten. So, this would be the amount of insulin given to an average size human body who also just ate 100 grams of carbs, which in itself is also a lot. Again, it was prescribed to a 15lb cat.

I would not recommend CVS to anyone I know. This pharmacy has been highly unprofessional and has failed to take responsibility for their mistakes. I've encountered numerous issues with this location, including a situation where they caused problems with my insurance, effectively locking me into using their services. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in a review, the pharmacist quickly called me at home to address it. Today, they made yet another mistake, and once again failed to take responsibility. The pharmacist, Alonso, was unable to resolve the error and instead argued with me, even suggesting that I might run short on my medication. He then passed the phone to the pharmacy manager, who couldn't make sense of the situation and attempted to blame me, falsely accusing me of picking up my medications at another location, which was impossible due to the situation they had created. I overheard conflicting stories from the entire staff, only to have the blame unfairly placed on me. The pharmacy manager instructed me to contact my insurance to inquire about the last filled prescription, something that should have been handled by them since they caused the mess in the first place. It's quite audacious for them to call me back about my experience. They need to address their issues and provide better training for their staff. I wouldn't visit this location even if my life depended on it, as the incompetence and lack of accountability here could potentially have serious consequences.

The website says they take walk ins. But don't waste your time. There were two people seeing patients, no one in the wai
ting area. There was plenty of time to work me in before a
patient with an appointment showed, but I was told to take a
seat and wait..I finally just gave up after waiting an hour to be seen.

This location is great. Both the guys working there (both with glasses) are always so nice and attentive! I deposit cash here once a week, ( I have capital one) and I've always had a good experience.

All I wanted to know was where to find the drawing salve. The pharmacist, who never made eye contact with me or spoke to me for over seven minutes of me standing at the consultation counter, told the gal (who looked to him instead of answering my "quick question") that he told me he'd be with me in a minute. With a pharmacy pretty much on every corner around here, they should probably be more concerned about customer service to stand out in a sea of pharmacies. I have no reason to ever stop there again and anyone looking for actual customer service would be smart to look elsewhere.
