I am surprised by the very negative reviews of the pharmacy at this location. While I've experienced poor customer service at many CVS pharmacies, my husband and I have experienced great customer service at this location. The pharmacist, Alex, and staff have gone above and beyond to help us solve challenging prescription issues! They are always patient and polite.

Avoid pharmacy at all costs- they help/checkout which ever customer they want and do not take next person in line - customer service is non existent- save yourself the aggravation and use HEB pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is lazy….. just stood there and did nothing. When I asked for help they told me to come back tomorrow.Do not recommend.

Bridgett G. cashier/employee is very unhelpful! Everytime I go in and ask her a question she gets mad, do not come to this location. it's a a joke, no one will assist you. They also will not answer any questions about Capital one deposits and try to gaslight you while on top of not helping you.

Whatever you do, do not shop here or order photos from here.I ordered programs and posters for my wedding. For the programs, both images were facing the same way, they printed then one side one way and the other side upside down. They tried to blame me for it until they looked at my order. The supervisor didn't even know how to work the kiosk to help me try to reorder. I figured out how to order on the kiosk. But it wasn't letting me order without a heinous CVS branding on the back.The posters were just haphazardly shoved into the box (and not all the way) so the corners were bent and the posters have dents in them.The supervisor offered to call the store manager when I was on the verge of tears (mind you, I picked this up as it was ready 2 days before my wedding)The lady with him kept telling him no and that I could just call the 800 number (he's the supervisor, she's just an employee) I called the 800 number and by that time they were closed.. he told me he would call his store manager. He told me things his store manager had supposedly told him.So I left and waited to call the store manager the next morning. I spoke to him. He was rude and childish and tried to blame me again. He kept interrupting me and saying "ok well what do you want me to do". I asked if he could try to reprint my order and he told me that he would "in between customers later today" and that there was a possibility he wouldn't get to it.I asked for a refund and he told me no there was nothing he could do.AND HE TOLD ME THEY DID NOT CALL HIM LAST NIGHT SO BOTH OF THOSE EMPLOYEES LIED TO ME.I called the 800 number and finally got help. But my refund will take almost a week to get to me, so it looks like I won't have good prints for my wedding.

Customer service is lacking. I don't think the people who work here like their jobs and mayb that's why smiles and patience are minimal.

I was visiting from out of state and was able to transfer my prescription to their pharmacy. It was available the next day!

Horrible childish fit and poor attitude by store manager Áde. I came to return a purchase I made from a different CVS driving back to Austin. Áde started off by telling me he doesn’t carry it and was angry and reluctant to start my return. So I asked if he’s saying I am unable to return my purchase, and says how am I supposed to sell these I don’t carry them. Honestly, I don’t really know but I’m being reprimanded for trying to return them. Áde starts scanning things in, hitting his scanner on the table and tossing around the bracelets to a coworker asking if he could call somebody about bringing them into the system. He huffed and puffed and kept dropping the scanner on the table as if to make me feel wrong for the inconvenience of returning my purchase. I’m writing this right now while he’s doing the return. By the end he stopped huffing, but honestly this sort of behavior from a manager and a grown man is ridiculous.
