CVS never approves my medication and it is always cumbersome to find a solution. It is CVS and not the employees

Employees have unprovoked attitudes and unwilling to provide info on return services that are supposed to be provided here. Product pricing are also higher compared to most other retail locations. Pharmacy prices are also higher than other providers nearby. Cant think of a reason to visit a cvs location, especially not this one.

We were helped by one of your employees. I am not very familiar at names, but she is 79 years old and usually works at night. Since she was 13, she has been working in retail. What an amazing angel. The majority of people in this generation do not go the extra mile for their customers like her. What amazing customer service. She deserves to be promoted or given a raise. She always checks our receipt or reminds me of the discounts I have on file whenever she helps us. I will come often to say hi to her. Please managers give her a raise or promotion. I will tell everyone to shop here because of her.

Always seems like their is only one person working there. And they are always way too busy with customers to be very helpful.

It's just really slow and they never have enough people on staff. The pharmacy isn't very friendly. They never answer their phones. Go to another location if you can.

Constant issues w the pharmacy.Dr calls in rx, somehow it disappears, long wait to get a person on the phone, sometimes only to have someone pick up and immediately hang up and then yay, gotta go through the automated system again. Not to mention the world's worst hold music.

The people were wonderful. They took the time to help me if it were a price check or picking an item.

Scheduled a covid test as there were a few available appointments listed, only to get a call saying I had to cancel and find another location because they didn’t have any. Why did it say there were tests available! I made an appointment at a different location but I can’t get anyone in the phone to confirm. This is why I hate all CVSs. It’s always like this. Go to Walgreens.

This location DOES NOT perform covid test anymore because drive through window is closed! But the system still lets you schedule. Do not come here for covid test!!

Had no problems here until recently. I have a year of refills on a prescription which I confirmed with my doctor but the pharmacist claimed I was out of refills (it was not). Took an extra 2 days between CVS and my doctor to figure it out, and now it’s taking an extra 2 days to fill the prescription that was never out in the first place. I’ve tried calling the CVS several times this week only to be on hold for 15+ minutes each and nobody answered the phone. Now I have a go a day without my medication.

They offer appointments form COVID tests on their website, but don’t actually have COVID tests.

I feel bad as they always seem to be short staffed but as a mom with a toddler the amount of times the drive up window is closed is ridiculous.. it's not easy to just walk in with a toddler. I usually drive away and try and come back another time, but there are instances where I need the medication ASAP and to haul a toddler in and wait is so hard.

Refused to provide a walk-in Covid booster even though no other customers were in the store, appointments show available online that day and their website says walk ins are available.

I've had two not so great experiences here. I've been waited on by a young guy with a dark buzz cut and glasses with a somewhat sullen unhelpful attitude. The last time he did greet me but immediately disappeared to the back of the store and I was purchasing liquor that needed an ID check at the crappy self serve register that all CVSs have now. So I had to wait while the automated voice went bonkers for at least 5 minutes before he came back up to the front. They also allow charity solicitors to camp outside their front door trying to engage customers. I mentioned it to another male employee and he basically said "too bad, deal with it" -- not a very apologetic attitude toward a customer. I'm visiting from out of town and if I lived here I would shop elsewhere. All CVS stores seem to be understaffed now, relying on the self serve register unlike Walgreen's -- which will be getting my business whenever possible.
