I came in to purchase make up walked out and realized I had the wrong color. The cashier wouldn't let me do an even exchange instead said she had to do a refund. In that process I was being charged more than I paid originally so I took a loss since she said she couldn't reverse the refund. I'm DISGUSTED NO PRODUCT AND LOSS OF MONEY.

Why would a multi billion dollar franchise pharmacy like CVS have lunch hours and the pharmacy be so inconvenient? It's not like it is a local family pharmacy. You can't keep employees to keep it open all business hours? Insane? Why even build so many CVS?

Newer, nice CVS. Clean and well maintained. Easy in and out.

Please never give this pharmacy your business. I went in for a scheduled vaccine appointment and they told me I owed $200 for a Covid booster dose, despite the fact that their website (and the CDC’s website) very clearly states that they participate in the Bridge Access Program, which offers no-cost Covid vaccines to uninsured or underinsured patients. I politely stood there for almost an hour only to be confronted by the pharmacist and told “unless you pay us what you owe, you need to leave.” He was not only wrong, but extremely rude annd condescending. His entire staff is incompetent and they feign ignorance hoping you’ll pay them hundreds of dollars that you don’t owe.For what it’s worth, an elderly woman next to me in line also had issues. She had also scheduled a vaccine appointment and even showed them the confirmation, then waited for more than 45 minutes while they “searched for her appointment in the system”, only to be told they didn’t have any record of it. ??♀️

Your pharmacy is a disaster, a lot of inexperienced people, they send you messages and calls constantly and when you go, the medicine is not there, sometimes they block your card because nothing works right, they lose your prescriptions or they can't find them because the people who work there They have no idea what they are doing, this has been happening to me for a long time, I have even had to change medications to other pharmacies because they never have it or there is always a problem. If you want to receive your medications on time, this is not the pharmacy you need, if you want to waste your time and your mood, come here

The folks who work here are nice, I really hate to leave a bad review but it's time. Mistake after mistake in filling prescriptions. I can't spend this much time chasing them. After following up in person for a prescription that was called in over a month ago they still gave me the wrong thing.

Convenient location but no other redeeming qualities. Pharmacy hold times are eternal and staff are poorly trained.

I guess it looks like I am not alone in this but the pharmacist I just spoke to was rude and unhelpful. When she answered the phone, she acted as if I was a distraction from her day. This despite the fact that I was returning her call. She then proceeded to be as unhelpful as she could, basically telling me to just figure it out. It was clear she barely listened to me and had no interest in helping me out unless it was a very simple "fill this prescription". I have found CVS Aetna to be increasingly difficult to work with as they are now too big. So the least I would expect is the old school in store pharmacist to be helpful. She was not. Her name was Sa. And she is definitely not an example of what CVS could and should be.

I dread this pharmacy and the staff that works within it. I can't even count the amount of times I have been left on hold for 10-20+ minutes, received attitude from staff while being as polite as possible, and constantly being told they are behind (they have been saying that every visit since 2018). At this point I have moved almost all of my prescriptions to a local pharmacy on the East side.I had a DR. prescribe an antibiotic eye drop that accidentally went to this pharmacy and I knew before I even went there would be some issue. After 3 hours of not hearing from them, I called to check on my prescription. It rang the pharmacy for 15 minutes before I decided I would just drive there. I stayed on hold the entire drive until arriving at the pharmacy to find 3 techs, not a single customer, and a ringing phone. Even still, I hung up, was polite, and asked for my prescription. I was informed they didn't have the drops, and it would be in Saturday. I let them know they were needed today, and asked if they could help me sort out another location or way to get them. I was told no and to call my DR. I said, "OK, got it." and turned to leave. At that point, the technician working refill (not even the kind clerk helping me) yelled out "YOU'RE WELCOME!" super loudly. I stopped and turned and said "I tried calling for 20 minutes, I am in pain, and I have to do another doctor's visit, what am I thankful for?". She rolled her eyes and went back to work. I am so blown away with this pharmacy. I will never let another prescription go here. I was already guilty for supporting a company that is SO anti-lgbtq+, so it's an easy tie to cut. Good riddance.

I hate the entire CVS (dis)organization with the heat of one thousand suns. I hate their website, their mail order service, their automated texting, and in particular, their stores. This is the third store I've tried in Austin, and I thought there might be some hope in its being new - maybe not yet completely steeped in the foul CVS hot garbage water. But it seems there is no escaping the putrid mothership. None if CVS's practices seem to be designed for the consumer's ease. I hope everyone who works for CVS thinks it's really great from their side, because I assure, you it isn't working out here. So why do I keep using them? Because CVS and my insurance are Best Friends, and I am trapped. If you have a choice, choose any other pharmacy. Try HEB. Give Walgreens a go. Any. Other. Pharmacy. Save yourself.

It’s like a grocery store in Russia after the fall of the Soviet Union in this store. Associates are standing around staring into space and flat refuse to help. Know what you want and use self checkout for a slightly better than torturous time.

All the pharmacists & technicians are knowledgeable & caring at this location. Sydney, in particular is patient & so kind. I started a new antibiotic & she helped me worked through some issues. So much better that the doctor that prescribed the medication. Sydney is a great asset to the CVS pharmacy team! NOT ONLY WAS SYDNEY AMAZING but ALLY was phenomenal. She had a sense of urgency that just WOWED me. I had called beforehand to make sure my antibiotic was ready and right away she asked for my information and informed me that it was ready. Her customer service goes a long way and it shows. Dr.Bright knocked it out of the BALLPARK. When he gave me my consultation I was in awe! He informed me on the different side effects that this medication could give me . I will be coming back soon!!

Very disappointed. I'm a perfect example to never buy products from the place you work even if you have receipts or if it was a GIFT. I was a new employee here and lasted only about 2 weeks, the manager Carl organized a meeting with loss preventions where they said they saw me on camera stealing a pair of earrings right off the jewelry rack. They refused to show me the tape! Because it was not true! I received my earrings from a previous employer as a gift who got it from CVS.It was very uncalled for for this to be escalated and reported to loss preventions, no one simply asked or questioned me. CVS did not fire me, but it made me upset enough to cry and never come back.I wanted to become a pharmacy technician someday and they crushed my future and career through CVS.I'm sure the real reason they set up this problem was because they were not happy with my availability and that I was not flexible to their needs. I have volunteered OUTSIDE my availability and this place was still not satisfied. I've tried to apply for unemployment but they lied and said I left because I was "unhappy working there". Not true, I left because it became a hostile environment.I am so embarrassed to have been associated with CVS.
