I can only comment on the front staff here. I will usually stop in to buy breakroom supplies for the office before heading into work and they are always nice. It's never busy and most things are always in stock. Distilled water was hard to find one day.

Beautiful location, but… I signed up for flu and Covid shot. I waited 25min for flu shot then found out they didn’t have Covid shot. They can’t reschedule for me and I just need to call back to find out when they would have it in…?!

The pharmacist in the drive thru is terrible. Tried to pick up a RX for my son post surgery and she told me she would not fill it bc it was a “controlled substance” and I should try to make him go longer between doses, knowing nothing of the situation. Completely unprofessional.

Gina is the best here! She is attentive and will help you the best she can. She greeted me when I walked in and then noticed I was leaving empty handed. She helped me find what I was looking for which was also in another location of the store. Thank you, Gina, for paying attention to your customers. You were very helpful today!

Be aware that the pharmacy hours have been heavily cut back.I needed to pick up medicine for my baby and I arrived just after 5 (rx had been called in a couple hours earlier). After waiting for 30 minutes, they told me to come back tomorrow. I said it was important and for my baby, and they said to come back after 7 because it wasn’t ready. I made another trip to CVS to get my baby’s prescription around 7:30 and they were closing the partition. I asked if I could please pick up since I was told to come back after 7 by their staff and they told me that they close at 7. I explained the situation and they said they had already shut down their computers and couldn’t help me.If you can’t staff the pharmacy or if you can’t handle pickups at the end of the day, maybe you shouldn’t take orders for critical prescriptions. This wasn’t the first time that I waited for 30+ minutes for a prescription and if I go back I’ll budget for a long wait. There are lots of other pharmacies around.

This store is really nice for shopping but as for the pharmacy…. I think you could find better service somewhere else. My guess is they are under staffed but that’s still a poor excuse for wasting people’s time that is limited to begin with. I was told at 2:30pm to come back in an hour…. No biggie. I show up at 6:30pm. I’m told to come back tomorrow probably at 11am. This was after standing in line for 20-30 mins. I wasn’t the only one that was having this experience. This was my first time at this pharmacy because I figured it would be more convenient for me but I was wrong.

I find this CVS to be so much nicer to come to. The staff, front store and pharmacy, are so pleasant. I have a CVS closer to me but I like this one more.

One of the best CVS pharmacies in Austin. The staff is so kind and helpful, so happy to have them close by!

Got my vaccine went in a couple of minutes early and was done in no time. The pharmacy staff was great and Daniel especially has the patience of a saint, explains, answers questions and is so empathetic to everyone he took care of. Just amazing. Getting my prescriotions and shots here without a doubt. Thanks!

I really haven’t had any issues with this CVS until tonight. There were four ladies working throughout the store and at one point there was nobody standing at the register the whole time we were in the store. It wasn’t until we went to wait to be checked out and an employee was paying for some food. I don’t have any issue with that, but other employee snapped at my boyfriend and I and said “you know there’s self check out right there”. Like, what the hell? They proceeded to all stand around laughing and joking right next to us while we checked out doing NOTHING. Absolutely terrible service.

Horrible customer service at drive through pharmacy. These guys have lost my business. Additionally, my insurance allows for 90 day refills and this CVS says it doesn't. I've called the insurance company and all are approved for 90 days. CVS refuses to believe this and when I told them on the phone that Aetna allows for 90 days, CVS hung up on me. This pharmacy is the most incompetent and rude pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

I guess asking basic questions at this pharmacy equals “harassment”. I simply did not understand why using GoodRx would take 20 minutes, which is what i was told. I never raised my voice, called any names, never used profanity, was just trying to understand. I’ve used GoodRx at several other pharmacies and it was a quick transaction. When calmly trying to understand why the young assistant was frustrated that i wanted to use my GoodRx, the actual “pharmacist” Anna told me to stop harassing her employee! Following that insane accusation i was visibly frustrated, raised my voice and was dumbfounded! “Harassing your employee”?! “Are you kidding me!” Of course by using GoodRx my receipt was cut in half! I’m not sure if they are intentionally trying to “harass” those who choose to use GoodRx or not, but i would avoid this pharmacy like the plague! The young assistant literally said she felt “threatened” by me! LOL! What’s this world coming to? A 5’10” 52 year old man asking basic questions MAKES YOU FEEL THREATENED?! CVS’s hiring practices have skidded off the rails! Maybe hire staff that don’t need cry rooms with puppies in them! What a joke! The silver lining, those thin skinned “victims” will never see me again! Stay away, this pharmacy is a a joke!

Normally I rarely write a review. That said today I had the worst service at this location. I have been a CVS customer till today. I never can get some prescriptions refilled on line, rather they ask to call. So I call and it takes some time to get someone to pick up the phone. I'm aware of what covid has caused for the pharmacist's workloads, and I'm always polite. So I asked the young man who helped me today to look at my record and please make it refillable online. Instead I got the 3rd degree as to why I didn't call (which I have in the past I informed him). He said they always pick up normally within 10m. Well that's not good customer service because I've had to wait longer than that in the past (and I know why.. they're busy with the craziness of covid). What really broke this camel's back today as a customer was when he leaned over and said "rather than say this loud enough for others to hear and embarrassing you I'm leaning over and telling you this discretely that we do pick up the phones in 10m". Really, embarrassing me and the manners of the young man.. I could care less I told you today politely without whispering (and others overheard). It took you 4 minutes and you couldn't find my prescription today. I've called multiple times in the past and this is how you handle, with a discrete threat. Well goodbye CVS. If this is how you handle customer service.. I'll try a local pharmacy out.Update: The manager of the store (Evelyn) called me about the experience above, apologized and I appreciate that. I upgraded my experience 1 star to 2. That said I'm done being a CVS customer.
