TERRIBLE experience. Need steroids for a bee sting allergic reaction and terribly swollen hand. The doctor called the prescription in an hour before I stopped to pick it up. I was at the counter 15 minutes before closing time. “The pharmacists are out of town,” and “the sub pharmacist doesn’t have the code for the provider’s voicemail”, “you can put some ointment on it”, “tomorrow at 11 am the pharmacist will be here and she has it.” I say, “Call the pharmacist who has the pw”, they respond “I called twice and she has a 4-month baby. I’m not calling again.” So waking up a baby is more important than the steroids for a patient with an awfully swollen hand? The next comment was “We are closing in ten seconds.” To which I say, “The provider called in an hour ago and I’ve been here for 15 minutes.” I hear only complaints from the young girl with raspy voice, straight hair, and glasses on how she needs to keep helping customers when it’s closing time. This is a JOKE. I’m telling them to reach out to managers or whoever can give them the pw. They still have me here sitting. Half an hour and nothing has happened. I guess they are waiting for me to leave but I’m still waiting on them to show some decency and compassion and solve the situation.

I can't say enough good things about this CVS location. My visits, including vaccinations I received and purchases I've made, have all been quick and easy. The process of getting something that was covered by my Aetna/CVS OTC benefit, but not available online, was surprisingly simple. The CVS clerk I dealt with today was great - she was courteous and friendly. She handled my OTC purchase very efficiently and I completed my purchase in no time. I would highly recommend this CVS location to everyone.

I can only comment on the front staff here. I will usually stop in to buy breakroom supplies for the office before heading into work and they are always nice. It's never busy and most things are always in stock. Distilled water was hard to find one day.

Beautiful location, but… I signed up for flu and Covid shot. I waited 25min for flu shot then found out they didn’t have Covid shot. They can’t reschedule for me and I just need to call back to find out when they would have it in…?!

I was sent an offer letter and then just recinded by the manager and this is the second time I’ve interviewed for them and so do not waste your time at cvs they are liars

The pharmacist in the drive thru is terrible. Tried to pick up a RX for my son post surgery and she told me she would not fill it bc it was a “controlled substance” and I should try to make him go longer between doses, knowing nothing of the situation. Completely unprofessional.

Gina is the best here! She is attentive and will help you the best she can. She greeted me when I walked in and then noticed I was leaving empty handed. She helped me find what I was looking for which was also in another location of the store. Thank you, Gina, for paying attention to your customers. You were very helpful today!

Be aware that the pharmacy hours have been heavily cut back.I needed to pick up medicine for my baby and I arrived just after 5 (rx had been called in a couple hours earlier). After waiting for 30 minutes, they told me to come back tomorrow. I said it was important and for my baby, and they said to come back after 7 because it wasn’t ready. I made another trip to CVS to get my baby’s prescription around 7:30 and they were closing the partition. I asked if I could please pick up since I was told to come back after 7 by their staff and they told me that they close at 7. I explained the situation and they said they had already shut down their computers and couldn’t help me.If you can’t staff the pharmacy or if you can’t handle pickups at the end of the day, maybe you shouldn’t take orders for critical prescriptions.This wasn’t the first time that I waited for 30+ minutes for a prescription and if I go back I’ll budget for a long wait. There are lots of other pharmacies around.
