Went in today to load money on cash app card and the associate failed twice. No biggie got about an hour away and realized that she had charged me 79.86 somehow. Called and the associate admitted she might of messed somthing up. She got manager on the phone but manager said she could not reverse until i is in the store. I could not get there until after she was gi e but she assured me that the night time manager could fix. Upon arrival the night time manager/shift supervisor was extremely rude and said I was crazy and there was no way that this could happen even though I had the email. He continued to be rude and did not try to help at all. Cvs should be really disappointed in these actions considering the area and how nice it is to have such ghetto and rude management

Samantha the pharmacist had absolutely zero empathy for a mistake with their system telling me my 8yr old’s daily prescription was ready for pick up, then failing to inform me that it was canceled. She actually walked away to help someone else during our 60 second intersection while I was asking a for her help to try to find a solution. (She said - without even making eye contact - “call your doctor.” It was 5:20pm). I asked if the previous milligram prescription was there as even though I’d have to pay out of pocket, it would be worth it.) She didn’t look away from her computer at all when in her monotone voice she said “take it up with your doctor” and “the CVS system should’ve told you.” Not even an apology. An acknowledgment that this is a bigger deal than just not being able to pick up dry cleaning or even that it’s an inconvenience. Completely devoid of compassion or even basic customer service. Now my daughter is penalized for their tech error and lack of follow up, and I was out a trip. As someone who trains customer service and brand image, and is always quick to applaud exemplary service, I would be embarrassed if she were my employee with the way she managed this interaction and as a representation of my brand.

CVS you are doing an AMAZING job! The Store Manager & Grant, the sales associate, were extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable, & they both had awesome customer relations skills!

Morgan greeted every customer and asked every customer if assistance was needed. This is remarkable these days. This CVS has a true gem with this type of service being extended. I wish I could give her 10 Stars !!!!!

CVS is, well, CVS - an old dependable. What made me write a review is their easy accessability to vaccines. Over the past 6 months, I recieved several: flu, Covid, and shingles. This CVS is conveniently located, easy to schedule online, and the pharmacy staff are personable and professional. Each time I visited, I had the same nurse administer the vaccine, and each time she displayed excellent patient care, was very friendly and knowledgeable about potential side effects. In addition, if you have an account they keep a shot record for you.

I had an appointment to get COVID and flu vaccines at 3:30 today. I Arrived about 20 minutes early after driving across Austin, about a 20 minute drive. When I arrived at this CVS I checked in at the pharmacy. The pharmacist told me that I would have to wait. After waiting about 10 minutes the pharmacist told me that this location is our of COVID vaccine and that everyone was called to cancel all appointments for the COVID vaccine. Know one called me. Don't get any vaccines at CVS, this pharmacy doesn't care about customers.

This CVS has the worst and rudest employees. They are not helpful and give you attitude when you ask for help. What is the purpose of giving a receipt with numbers for photos and then they don't know what they are for?! Don't recommend using this CVS.

Prescriptions failed to arrive in a timely manner. My prescription was delayed two days after it said it would be ready, and when I called on the second day, I was told it would be ready for pick up. Called again later to discover it was still in Dallas. Feel misled by the techs.

A good store of its kind will be able to find several necessary first aid items at an affordable price, although there are also some that are somewhat expensive, and have many options for varied items that are generally all good.
