Sketchy sketchy sketchy - have had packages dropped off here as a UPS point and they can't ever find anything. Picked up a new prescription and was waiting for the pharmacist to give me the run down or at least ask if I had any questions about the medication and they simply gave it to me and sent me on my way. Is that even legal? Ha oh well, too late now.

I want to give praise to Derrick! My elderly mother became very overwhelmed trying to figure out how to complete her payment at the register. She was crying and about to leave. He took the time and had the patience to help her take care of everything she needed. She left feeling so much better. We appreciate you! Thank you!

The assistant manager or supervisor, whoever he was, was unbelievably rude.I needed to return an unused phone charger that I bought yesterday at another CVS downtown. I didn't get a receipt. But I paid for it with my card. The package was unopened too.I explained my situation to the store associate at the front desk, who then radioed his supervisor/manager. The guy came over and asked for ID. It was odd—I didn't need ID to purchase the $15 charger yesterday. He actually pulled up Google links to the nearest DMV with DL/ID services. Seriously? I guess he thought I wasn't from Earth and didn't know what the DMV was.I explained that I was still waiting on my replacement ID from the DMV, but I still have the photo of the ID, and the temporary ID emailed by the DMV. He refused and walked away immediately.I would have understood if it was a store policy, but his attitude was unprofessional, condescending, and completely unacceptable.

Pharmacy has been terribly understaffed you wait on the phone forever and in person I asked them to order a medication 2 days ago after fighting with insurances for a week now it’s approved but they’ve yet to order…

Booked a COVID test for 930am. Drove 20mins to get it and then was told there’s no one here to administer it. Told me to “just reschedule” with no apology and wouldn’t help me do it - just told me I’d have to do it online. Rude, unapologetic, worst CVS I’ve been to by far.

Last night we went for our COVID and flu vaccines. It was the first time we've been to this CVS. Even though we got there 30 minutes after our scheduled time, we were seen right away. Huge props to the pharmacist (a young woman) who administered the shots; she was super gentle and efficient. This is the first time I haven't had swelling or bruising from the COVID vaccine. I attribute that to her gentle hand. Thank you for a great experience!

Standing at the checkout counter for 15 minutes and still waiting. Employees are uncaring about having a long line while all 3 are around the makeup section sitting around

THE CVS company really needs to have more than two people working here. Stood in line for an hr. Just to get my prescription

CVS used to have a store on Hwy 45 that was open late, so I had my kid's prescription sent there after an urgent care visit. When we pulled up, it was closed. I looked for any other CVS with late hours and found this one was open for just a few more minutes. I called them in desperation, but they opted to ignore the call, I guess because they wanted to go home. I just needed them to send the script over to the 24hr walgreens. Our insurance doesn't cover walgreens, but we were desperate, and I was willing to pay out of pocket. Now we have a 3 year old in pain because nobody felt like answering the phone. Why doesn't CVS have a 24 hr pharmacy in austin? If you go to an urgent care or ER, you won't be able to get your medicine through CVS.

They don’t develop film at this location. They said they’ve been waiting on requested supplies to be shipped to the store for awhile.

I went in for my Mom to get some products she needed for a medical procedure she has coming up. I thought they were going out of business because half of store looked unstocked. But they didn't have her stuff.
