When I visited to CVS I was greeted both times that I visited by warm friendly customer service at the front who went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for.Cannot speak for other people's experiences and I did come there in the morning the first time in the evening on this second visit and saw they could use a good review. This is one of the few CVS pharmacies that stocks a certain energy drink that I love that keeps selling out throughout town. Was clean organized and when I went there the restrooms were clean and well maintained.Cannot speak for the covid testing area or the MinuteClinic or the pharmacy. Also lots of parking and felt safe and welcome at this location both times I came. :)

Asking for help is frustrating and useless. I’m glad a major grocery store is opening across the street to provide other options to the neighborhood.

May was wonderful. Really enjoyed her. After having a hassle with a telemedicine app, I was thankful to see a Physician's Assistant who actually cared about my health. I am very thankful for CVS helping me in the interim of me finding a new doctor for my chronic medication management. I highly recommend them. Go there. You will be glad you did. Well done, CVS!! The only thing I would wish is that I could go there all the time instead of a primary care doctor. As I liked CVS' staff better, and the onkine and kiosk accessibility made everything just so easy. I also love that they protect my health by making everyone wear still masks. With an autoimmune disorder, I don't want to be exposed to the sick people getting covid tested just to do my medication management for diabetes or thyroid. Thank you for making your environment safe and easier than telemedicine was!!!

Took Covid test here and it was never sent to the lab. They are great at pointing fingers at each other however. A disgrace to the brand all around.

Probably THE worst CVS I’ve ever visited. Unfortunately, it’s closest to where I live. The store clerks are not only rude as a rule, but also surly in attitude and are not in the least interested in assisting you. Although I have repeatedly attempted to reach the regional manager (after a particularly horrible experience in which the manager attempted to embarrass me by raising her voice in front of several customers, leaving these customers - my neighbors, stunned by her rudeness), my calls.were not returned. Same with a neighbor that attempted to call to corroborate this behavior..Today, the same manager is there and though she hasn’t screamed at me since, she never fails to make faces and whisper to coworkers as I stand there (in an obvious attempt to make me feel uncomfortable). Someone this immature, lacking in an ability to afford simple politeness will be the death of this store. H‑E‑B is set to open across the street next month and many of us cannot WAIT to move our prescriptions and leave that CVS for dead. Sheesh. MAYBE when this store closes due to bad management, the regional manager will have more time to return my call! When it’s too little too late.

Rudest woman working there. Rolled her eyes when someone asked for help at the self checkout (since she was sitting in the back and refused to check anyone out, so we had to wait extra long for the terrible self checkout machines that make no sense).

If possible i would leave negative stars. The techs at this CVS are BEYOND rude and unhelpful. They will make you feel unheard and will not assist you if your meds are out of stock. The Manager himself was belittling, had a demeaning attitude even if you have a simple question. STAY AWAY!! I guarentee your experience will be un-pleasant. This was my experience every.single.time

I've been going to the CVS Lake Austin location a couple times a month for years and I've only had great experiences. My only feed back I wish the guy at check out would stop asking me to join the CVS club but that is his job.

Self checkouts slow as molasses, a line of people, and with two employees available to help at the registers, but don’t. Thank you for the reminder not to come to this store.

Incredibly long wait at the pharmacy drive-thru. Tip is to just go inside because the drive-thru gets backed up with COVID testing. Pharmacy also closed for late lunch from 1:30-2.

Great experience with Minute Clinic. I was seen right away by Alex for my symptoms. Reviewed all my symptoms and tested for applicable illnesses. Test were done quickly and results were prompt. I was able to get my prescription quickly.

A short women kicked me out for trying to smell a deodorant to buy, she kept reverting back to a sign I never saw about not opening products. At one point I just said look I'll buy a specific one to get her to leave me alone. Than she told me to leave.
