The staff at this location bent over backwards to help me find discounts to my out of pocket scripts. They are warm and friendly.

Bridgett G. cashier/employee is very unhelpful! Everytime I go in and ask her a question she gets mad, do not come to this location. it's a a joke, no one will assist you. They also will not answer any questions about Capital one deposits and try to gaslight you while on top of not helping you.

Wonderful friendly people at this pharmacy. I’ve lived nearby for 4 years and some of the same people have been working here forever. They all know their stuff and how to work with insurance and doctors. Kevin is superb.

If I could rate less than a star I would. My prescription is never ready when I show up. Even when I call and they said it's ready.Save your time and energy and go to another pharmacy.

I will not shop at the CVS Pharmacy on Far West again. A few days ago I went to check out but no one was there. I called several times and the manager finally came out of his booth and scanned my items on the self service machine. It was if I had intruded rather than being a welcome customer. I also wonder if shoplifting will increase when some customers discover that they no longer have to scan and pay for small items that are not seen on a security camera.

So helpful, just so helpful and nice, true service with a smile. Dr Kit went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the medicine I needed working with insurance and doctor. Thank you so much for helping me.

I used CVS for my flu shot for the first time because I thought it would be less crowded than HEB, partly because they have you make an appointment on line. I came in about 5 minutes before my appointment. It took over 5 minutes for the person at the counter to actually finish with me. He kept on saying he never heard of an appointment time like mine (12:11PM, assigned by the app). The person giving the flu shots came up to us just as my husband was checking in, and called for him even though my time was earlier. My husband checked in and got his shot. Then the flu shot person wanted to take the people who came in after us without an appointment. She and the counter person talked back and forth and finally decided to give me a shot before the other people. The store was crowded, and I'm going back to getting these shots at the HEB. Their online appointment system is pointless.

Cannot actually perform vaccines. Are unable to process vaccinations. Go somewhere else for your shots.

Watch out with this pharmacy!! They steal your drugs! You better check the bags before signing because they give you a closed bag, and you trust them. But this time they got a whole month of medications that I didn't received and they wouldn't give it to me so I had to pay full price (without insurance) for a month they stole from me! I actually asked them to check their inventory and they wouldn't do it because I'm sure they have a mess.

The service at this pharmacy is consistently annoying and frustrating. I was going to the Target south pharmacy for a while and even after CVS bought them out, the service remained superior. The only reason I switched back to the Far West location is because of proximity and that they are supposed to be the main hub for carrying the very common but controlled substance medication I am prescribed. Every month I have to deal with the stress of trying to get my prescription filled before I run out and when my schedule allows me to pick it up. This week I called to see when it would be ready. On Tuesday I was told it would be ready on Wednesday. On Wed I was told it would be ready Thursday. I call again on Thursday, they say it will be ready before noon. But two hours later I get a voicemail telling me they are out of ALL versions of this medication, generic or otherwise and that they won't have any until Monday. All the times I called, you would think someone could have checked the inventory. And how is it possible that I could probably get a trampoline delivered from Amazon TODAY but it takes CVS five days to replenish their supply of this very common medication? I realize that my running out of behavior meds isn't life threatening, but neither is anything I order from Amazon and yet Amazon manages to deliver whatever I order as if my life depended on it. Isn't that the kind of service one should expect from a ubiquitous purveyor of medicine?

Anthony at the pharmacy was a rock star. We showed up just a few minutes before closing. Heart doctor had just called in the script on the after hours clinic 10 minutes before they closed. They just started the process of closing down but he took the time to get ours pulled. He also went to the trouble to make sure that we got the savings from the coupon that was available. In the past few months, I had gone to H-E-B for a few of our prescriptions but ended up having to run around because they were out or have some other issue. I will continue going to CVS!
