Go to 520 west slaughter CVS you will meet rude pharmacy / drive through Staff . After being a customer at this location for more than 5 years due to the great Guy store manager and good staff they had at this sometimes back I was willing to continue with them . This week I got severely sick and barely could manage .I asked them a little favor which they made a big deal out of it and acted up with long and swollen faces and the rude African American Lady or the so called manager even threw my meds to the drive through bin . When confronted her on phone later on she kept arguing with me being defensive and tried to justify her act as if they have provided me a great favor they never do to others. It was very rude and unhelpful she could have been kind and nicer .Deal with your customers with empathy and concern Lady . You don’t know you you are dealing with.Do not look at their race nor the outfit they are wearing at that moment bfre you act up Cz you never know what they are undergoing too .I changed my pharmacy immediately as they requested and Walgreens took care of my needs with concern and care .

Just the worst. Always understaffed. A corporation with the worst values. And now employees- I know they're overworked, so i could forgive give if they were either inept or rude. But nope, this CVS has employees who are both!

Very poor service. There's no right word tonexpress my frustration with the pharmacy department specially the Pharmacy Manager ( Braided Hair ) No sense of urgency and they dont care about their customers.

I went in to do some shopping. I asked an employee where the bathroom was. She said that they didn't have one. I asked her where she went when she had to use a bathroom. She said they only have an employee bathroom. What are customers supposed to do while they wait for a prescription? I spoke with the shift supervisor. She said that they have had some incidents that require them to call hazmat to do the clean up. Aren't businesses required to have a public bathroom?

Honestly one of the worst experiences ever. As soon as we walked in the manager was following us around. I admit we looked a little disheveled, but that's because I just got back from a run that I was injured from. So my partner jumped out of bed to help me get the things needed to dress my wounds. When going to the register he (the manager) then stood behind us telling us to make sure we scan everything. I only knew he was the manager because when another customer entered the store they asked if he was in line he replied with "no I'm the manager and just making sure everything goes right". I've been going to that CVS for 10 years and have never had this issue.

First off, they should really have a VISIBLE list of insurance they take. 2nd it took almost 2 weeks to get in contact with them about changing my prescription over to HEB who accepts my insurance. Thank god I don’t have a life or death situation cus I’d be dead ?

The only CVS I have ever been to that will not allow a customer to use the restroom. I was so many people going in there with medical conditions you would think that they would allow older people to use the restroom. will never return

Don’t try to pick up your prescription at 7:55 it will be closed. They always close early. I got off my car was in front of the closed window inside and by 8:01 the entire pharmacy staff was walking out the door. Yes they saw me standing there. Guess my child will have to be without there meds.

They LOVE to waste your time! Went in last night to get a flu shot they told me they stopped taking walk ins at 4pm and I could come back tomorrow. So I went back today and I was told they were too busy and they weren't doing flu shots until Monday. When I told the pharmacist what I was told the night before she shrugged and said we're not doing them today. I will never go back to that store. Come to find out they already billed my insurance for the shot I NEVER RECEIVED! Go ANYWHERE BUT CVS!!!

Worst pharmacy ever. It's close to my house and has a drive thru so I would love for this pharmacy to be functioning on some basic level. Sadly, it's a mess. Takes forever to get a prescription filled--even after a surgery when you really don't want to come back after you've already settled in at home. Have a question that can't be answered by an automated system? Forget it, you will wait on hold for half an hour listening to the same recorded message (it's like Chinese water torture) over and over again until someone picks up, says something incoherent, and then hangs up on you! This has actually happened to me more than once! It's unreal--I swear they do this on purpose because they are either understaffed or just don't want to deal with you. Finally, my son and I both have 2 different insurance companies (not by choice but it is what it is). As a result, with each prescription there is always a big back and forth thing about the insurance because despite making notes in our files and notes from the doctor, they cannot seem to handle anything beyond the most basic transaction. The most frustrating/unpleasant consumer-provider relationship I have ever had. I'm about to just give up on this pharmacy and drive further away bc I just can't take it anymore.

My doctor and I have been trying to get an rx filled here for days and they’re saying yes and then no. Completely rude and ignore me while I’m waiting but help everyone else. They left my doctor on hold and lied about it in front of me. I think the pharmacist is just transphobic and doesn’t want to interact with me.
