Why does no one answer the phone? I've called 3 times and sat on hold for 30 minutes before giving up each time. I can't get anyone on the phone.

For some reason the only good experiences Ive had with CVS pharmacies have been with the ones inside a Target. Pharmacist was kind and had my prescription ready when they said they would. That’s all I can really ask for.

Being a CVS in a Target should not matter but I found out it does. Not able to use my CVS Rewards. Such a Disappointment. I would only assume other things are different as well. Won't be using CVS in Targets....

Brian (PharmD) is pretty great! His supporting staff, too. No matter who is there to help out, or be the druggist when he isn't there, we have always enjoyed trading here. Also, don't forget to fill out those surveys on your receipts!!

Laziest person on the phone cannot even look for another pharmacy in the system asked me to look in my phone when I urgently need my medicine in another CVS, David was helping me or should I said not helping me

I freaking love my people at the CVS inside Target at 8601 Research Blvd. Brian, Kahn, and the people who fill in are amazing. Got a question? They got answers. Need an explanation? It's done respectfully. These folks are, at a minimum, bi-lingual, almost always have a smile, and some of the hardest working people I know. Sometimes there's a line. That happens everywhere. Sometimes there's a miscommunication from the clinician's office. They work to sort that out, find discounts on those pricey prescriptions, and they truly care about their patients. They are a huge part of my healthcare family, and I appreciate them ALL so much.

Good pharmacy in town. The location is convenient and has a good selection of goods. I can make a stop to pick up prescription and get other things needed easily. The staff was helpful.
