Worst service in the history of the world. We have a new teammate super nice guy left alone on the front not properly trained who attempted to assist so he called the manager to the front. My elderly mother and I were instructed to go to the pharmacy for her quarterly OTC check out items. The pharmacist crystal told us she couldn’t help and to go back to the front. I explained to the young lady we were instructed to come to the back and she could help. I told her goood customer service would be to try and help the clients vs saying no. I asked clearly are you simply refusing to assist us she said yes as her co workers stood around. She then said the manager is on break for 15 more minutes so tyler can’t help. She said they can’t type any information in the computer which is a lie because they have to type to pull your prescription ???. Why treat a senior citizen or any human that way because you dislike the part of your kin that makes you try just a little more.

Who puts a wooden barrier at the drop off counter for prescriptions? It’s as if they don’t want your business. The pharmacist didn’t want to talk to me so a tech had to ask when the prescription was going to be ready. Not a great experience for sure. Maybe I’ll try across the street at Walgreens from now on.

This place is a SCAM. If I could give them negative stars, I would do that. I tried making a COVID appointment online and entered my insurance details. Unlike Walgreen, which tells you the COVID testing price upfront, CVS does not tell you anything. After making the appointment, I tried calling the store just to double check on price but no luck. Lady on call told me that we'll let you know when you come onsite. So I went to CVS next morning and found there was no one in the minute clinic. I went to the pharmacy counter and lady mentioned only minutes clinic can tell you that. I have checked in already but nobody was there for me to help me with price information so I waited. Soon, my name was called in and nurse asked to come inside room. I provided all my health insurance information and asked how much price I have to pay for COVID test. Nurse told me since you are with Aetna, you don't have to pay anything. I asked again, are you sure that's with my insurance as well? She said yeah, max there will be a co-pay and we won't be able to tell you price till the end of visit. I was ok in paying the co-pay. So I provide all additional health details and she took the sample. She automatically pulled a flu test kit and said since your symptoms are flu like as well, I would like to do a flu testing on this. Now, I was not asked this, she already put the sample in flu kit without even my consent. Even then when I asked about price, she said don't worry it will be covered through insurance.Test came positive and she told me few over the counter medicine names. Now, she comes back and tell me this will be $350 and since you are in a high deductible plan, most likely you will have to pay for it. And upon asking the breakdown of $350, she said $100 is for in person office visit, flu shot is not much, it's only 50 dollars. And that's where I knew it was a scam and they are just trying to make money. How do you decide whether $50 is a lot or it's "just". The nurse wasn't even wearing gloves a single time, not even when was taking sample. She kept big nails and I definitely didn't feel very hygiene about it. I wish CVS had put some discipline for professionals. Summary: don't go to CVS for anything. COVID test for sure. Even the prices of all the medicine are way higher than target or any other stores. Plus they don't do the price match. Ofcourse, that's how they like to make money.

Consistently great at over promise and under deliver! Their pharmacy is terrible. Not feeling good a prescription was called in around 1:30pm they said in would be ready in a couple hours. Stopped at 4:20pm they informed me it was not ready yet. Should be ready in 45 minutes, I was told. Guess what returned at 5:50pm (1.5 hours later) still not ready. I was told it would be another 30 minutes. When I expressed my discontent the guy a the drive up window said I could come inside and wait. I will try again after 6:20pm , either way it is time to move our family prescriptions to another pharmacy. I just feel stupid after dealing with these same type of actions over the past 2-3 years and not making a change.

I've never had to hate a pharmacy before this one, but here's what has happened over 5 months:1. They filled my new meds in half the amount, so it was only 2 weeks worth2. I came in to get a refill and explain it wasn't filled correctly, and the employee was hostile and condescending and shrugged when I said I was going to run out3. I had to pay for a refill that should be 100% covered4. I talked to the pharmacist and she told me to do reimbursement request since insurance should've covered it5. After a month of waiting, that request was denied with a pre-printed response as if no one even looked at my claim6. The pharmacy bot keeps bombarding my phone with auto refills even though I already transferred my prescriptions to Amazon7. No one will answer the phone to get this madness to stop and the hold music for 20 minutes wore on my sanityI effing hate this pharmacy and its evil little employees.

Firstly, the staff REGULARLY follows you around like you're a thief, it happens to both my roommate and I separately and has happened on a handful of occasions. Secondly, store manager Shanda Pena should be fired, she kept asking my friend every ten seconds if he needed help, following him when shopping, then, I went to do the buy 3 covergirl products get $10 ecb deal, and she lied about coupon policy when I told her I didn't get the ecb, and refused when refunding me the purchase to give me my coupon back, meaning that CVS is making $4 off of my manufacturer coupon while I am getting nothing.

The 1-star rating is for the store, not the pharmacy. Did you know that you cannot return food items at all? No returns on food items. CVS would not let me return or exchange BRAND NEW, SEALED, UNOPENED box of Lemonheads and Dots. My son wanted Reese' pieces instead. The cashier told me this was a new policy. Why didn't they poast on anywhere in their store or at the cash register when it's a new policy??? Needless to say, I will not be buying anymore food, candy from CVS ever.CVS pharmacy has been good for us. The store policy lost our business. Walgreens going forward

Today, around 11 am, the drive through Pharmacist refused to help when I requested for at-home Covid test kit and some over the counter medicines via the drive through. I had a child with Covid symptoms who was not feeling well in the car and unable to get out the car seat, and it is not right (it is illegal) for me to leave him in the car by himself. I explained this to her, and she didn’t seem to care. I then drove across the street to the Walgreens store and the pharmacist there was kind and empathetic and fulfilled my request saying - “hope your son will feel better”. I felt so much better that I have set up an account with them and I am now switching all my medicines for my family to Walgreens. Pharmacists, please understand when someone is coming to a pharmacy, they are sick and would appreciate some empathetic care.

Used to be good. Now as bad or worse than Walgreens. They apparently close 130-200 and don't bother to put that on their app hours, Yelp or anywhere.

Just came here to say I really like this CVS & the employees at this location!! I frequently go to different CVS locations all around Austin in search of certain seasonal items only CVS carries and this particular store is always so helpful. The employees here will go above and beyond to help you, all with a friendly attitude. It is very much appreciated! Special thank you to Nancy who helped me today =) This not the first time I've had a pleasant experience at this CVS. Last year around Halloween time a young man who was working helped me with my In store pick up order and he was very friendly and helpful as well! Love the consistency at this Location.

I have filled my prescriptions here for over 15 yrs. The service has been horrible since the original pharmacy mgr retired. The final straw was yesterday when i went in to pick up an RX. The Pharmacist tells me they dont take my Blue cross insurance, the same one ive been using all year. She was very cold and mean about it. i then went home and contacted Blue Cross and they said my insurance is still taken by CVS just like it has been. i transferred my business to HEB ,and they were happy to take my insurance. No one should be treated like i was! Take your business elsewhere!

Came in for sun care and found everything I was looking for quickly. Store was clean, well stocked and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was an easy in an out, with plenty of ADA parking close to the entrance.
