I have had consistently positive experiences with CVS pharmacy employees who have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, I have noticed that there is often a shortage of staff, resulting in longer wait times and overwhelmed employees. CVS would greatly benefit from hiring more staff to provide better customer service and alleviate the workload for their current employees.

607pm Friday, December 29th. Absolutely rude and belittling pharmacist, Manida, at the drive thru window. Not up to par with any other CVS.

Do NOT get your medicine here. Staff is rude and won’t help you. They also will not transfer your medicine out and will make you wait all day just to tell you to come back tomorrow. Worst service I have ever received. Will never order from another CVS again.

This pharmacy promised my prescriptionready to pick up after 2:00pm. Showed up after 3:00pm. Not ready. Was told I could wait 15 minutes to receive. I had to be elsewhere in 15. Liars. Told me 2 then lamely said 15 minutes when i arrived. Liars deceptive attitude toward customer. They couldnt care less. Probably screwing up drugs they sell. I hate liars. CVS full of them. Do not trust these losers

Where to start. First off, when you call it gives you an automated robot who was not helpful. I gave all my info and it proceeded to tell me I wasn't in system. Asked to talk to a human and all it would do was offer a text message to my phone number, luckily the old dial "0" worked and I was in touch with a human. Gave them my info and they told me my prescription was ready for pickup, sweet! Drove to the pharmacy to be met with closed glass doors. There was a customer behind them being waited on, so I assumed it was maybe a new Covid protocol. Nope. When they let the customer out they explained they were completely closed from 1:30-2pm, including drive thru. If that's the case fine, but why not tell me that when I called rather than after I drove to the pharmacy to get my prescription that THEY TOLD ME was ready?! Going back to Walgreens I guess...

People need to give these employees a break. It's not their fault they are understaffed, CVS is not a fun place to work. Despite being understaffed, the pharmacy employees are very friendly and kind.

It said the headphones was on sale for $8.99. When I went to the self checkout the girl had to come ring me up. And the headphones come up as $17.99. So I asked her if they were on sale for $8 and she said only if I had my CVS card. She didn't even bother to ask if I wanted them which I didn't. I couldn't even remove the item. So I didn't even bother buying the flip flop or headphones. Because I also didn't appreciate the cashier attitude.

This pharmacy is the worst. This pharmacy has always had issues, but now beyond help. The staff are always seriously busy, unable to fill prescriptions in a timely manner, unable to give advice and generally non-customer service related. After using this pharmacy for multiple years it has continued to devolve in multiple areas. Today was the last I will ever step foot in this pharmacy. I went through two weeks of attempting to get a prescription to meet their requirements and have filled. They were unable to do so for changing reasons all on their part. Don't let them get away with, "...that's Corporate, not us". Their owned by the same Corporation. Research their current lawsuits! They dispense pills and that seems to be their only concern or interest. Any other CVS must be better. When the pharmacist is challenged on her capability, she didn't want to be yelled at. That's the only response you can give to people who change their requirements, don't give good customer service and then challenge your own intelligence to the point of idiocy. Hard to cure utter stupidity.One star because they do exist.

My doctor sent in a prescription at 5 pm. I called at 645 to see if it was ready. Was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up 40 minutes later and was asked to circle the parking lot, get back in line, they hadn't counted the pills yet. Not sure how incompetent you can be. Won't be using CVS any longer.

If you need a booster and don't want to feel it the Pharmacist gives the best booster shot could not even feel it.

The pharmacy staff has always been courteous and professional. They fill prescriptions promptly, and they give timely reminders when prescriptions are due.

I've come to this location a handful of times. To take passport photos, for vaccines, and to pick up over-the-counter medications. Every time come to this location my experience has been great. The pharmacy gets busy, but the staff or pharmacist handles each customer with care and attention according to the time and order you approach the counter. I'm always impressed with how calm and collected the staff is even though they are so busy.
