I come here often since I live very close. This place is always disgusting. The other day I came in, and there was broken glass and beer all over the floor from a bottle that had fallen out of a 6 pack. I assumed they were understaffed, busy, and they hadn’t been able to clean it yet, until I walk up to the front and the employee is leaning on the counter on their phone. Cmon y’all.

Unbelievably terrible service at the pharmacy. Been picking up medications at CVS for years, but steadily getting worse. Suddenly today they needed to verify my insurance and they couldn’t do it through the drive through. So I came inside, it took over 20 minutes to get it done, and then I expected to pick up the medicine and they made me get back in the pickup line to do it, citing procedure. The line was another 10 minutes, and luckily it wasn’t longer or I would’ve really lost it. 30 minutes for me to pick up one prescription and many hoops to jump through, in spite of showing up at 2pm as the first and only one there after their lunch break. Goodbye CVS pharmacy…

5 or 6 different staff ended up helping because I had $120 in OTC benefits and had scheduled a COVID 19 vaccination the day earlier.\n\nOn an aside, I didn't know there were two places in the facility that have vaccinations.\n\nWith the OTC benefits products, the pharmacy staffer at register was very helpful and patient. \n\nI learned the blue tags with OTC on products were eligible, made shopping easier.\n\nActually, the floor staff was amazing asking me if I need help and then answering questions when I first walked in. \n\nI also was there to get my COVID 19 vaccination. There was a mess up because I mistakenly choose Moderna, which was not available there. But it ended up just taking 15 minutes extra to get vaccination once Pilzer vaccination was offered. I shopped an extra 15 minutes with that time and picked up a couple more items.\n\nThe asst. manager, Debbie, deserves kudos for getting it all smoothed out at first, then me returning to pharmacy, the pharmacy lady and vaccination giver got everything done I needed. Kudos to them especially!\n\nThank you very much!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Doctor in the Minute clinic today (1/8/2024 at 9:30am) told me that he would not see me when I showed up for my appointment today because the other doctor didn’t show up. He said he wouldn’t see me even if I joined the waitlist. He was very rude, interrupted me multiple times, and was very unprofessional. Told me he that the fact I needed to get tested before work today “wasn’t his problem.” I should have asked for his name. What a jerk.If you have an appointment here, arrive early. On time is too late at this clinic and there was no empathy shown to me today.

A manager should be in charge of this place, since the customer service is terrible and they never have anything on time, they lack professional staff, the existing workers are not professional or friendly at all. They are very rude, a lady named Veronica treated a customer very badly today by sending her to stand in line 3 times.

I only use CVS because my insurance makes me. They are slow, inefficient and extremely unhelpful. Been waiting in line for 15 minutes for one customer. They need to work on time management skills.

I've been using this pharmacy for over a decade but no more. They were wonderful when I started using them but over the past few years, the quality has continually declined. They are always understaffed and the pharmacy is run by people who are either completely frazzled or totally apathetic. I don't trust them to properly fill my medications any more. Do them a favor and find a different pharmacy. That way they won't have to work.

they have refused to fill a prescription that I have gotten here for years with no explanation as to why they are refusing to fill prescriptions from my provider.

Would give it zero stars If I could. Incompetent pharmacy staff. Everyone here should be fired and the store should be closed. Use one of the other many CVS in the area before attempting to navigate the sheer incompetence of this location.

Again, all the insurance records messed up. I've had to update my insurance information (I've had the same insurance company for five years) four times this year alone. The very sweet pharmacy aide said, as she looked up my insurance policy, that it has been changed multiple times. Not by me it hasn't. Their record keeping seems to be a mess.
