This CVS has the worst and rudest employees. They are not helpful and give you attitude when you ask for help. What is the purpose of giving a receipt with numbers for photos and then they don't know what they are for?!Don't recommend using this CVS.

Please do not advertise that you have a Dr Scholls kiosk when you don't. Waste of a damn trip.

I don't understand how this place has so many bad reviews... Cassey at the pharmacy was incredibly helpful answering the phone and my questions including when I went to pick up my prescription. I like this CVS and I have been coming here quite a few times. Thankyou!

Anyone else have a terrible experience with racist Karen with the flock of seagulls haircut following you around rushing you out the store?

Tried to schedule a vaccine appointment online but was not able to get one for a future date. The website only displays same day options (which are all taken). Just walked in and was able to get our flu shot and Covid booster. Grateful that we were accommodated without an appointment. Service at CVS is always fast and efficient!!

Pharmacist and staff are consistently rude when you go to get a vaccine. I asked about the ability to get a flu shot and was told to schedule an appointment and while I was checking out someone else walked up and was told they could get a walk-in vaccine. So I waited and then was told I couldn't get both flu and Pfizer because I had only initially asked for flu and I would need to get inline again after more walk-in's even though I was sitting with the pharmacist right then and there. I don't know why people have to be unkind but it happens each time. Don't offer walk-in's if you don't want to honor that advertisement.

Isabella is the most accommodating and patient pharmacist I've ran into in a while. I forgot my dog's meds in Houston, my husband called her store and luckily she confirmed that her store carried the medication. She was able to answer the vet's order, fill our dog's medication, checkout other customers and complete other tasks concurrently. Keep in mind she did all of this a couple minutes before closing time. I highly recommend this CVS for anyone that wants a professional and friendly pharmacist.

Had my prescriptions refilled here for the first time. Just moved to town and the tech in the pharmacy Alex seemed to be very annoyed I had Good RX coupons for my two prescriptions. Sure my savings was only about $5 but his job isn't to question and get sassy that I'm trying to save money. He had an attitude the whole time. Dont recommend going here if Alex is working.

Around March of this year I called this CVS pharmacy to have a prescription transferred from the Walgreens in Westlake. I had been out of my medication for several days, felt very ill and was holding back tears as I called. I just learned that my insurance company (BCBS) only uses CVS pharmacies. I told the woman who answered that I needed my Cymbalta transferred to CVS. She asked me from where and I answered, "the Walgreens in Westlake." I did not know the address off the top of my head so I said "the one right down the street, in the center of Westlake at the intersection of Bee Caves and Westbank drive." She said "I need you to call back once you have the address and phone number." I asked her if she could please assist me and look it up as I was calling from my car. She replied, "We do not have internet." I thought that was a very bizarre answer. Anyone who has driven through Westlake or lived in the area knows there is only one Walgreens and she very well could have looked it up in their computer system. It's literally right down the street. Yes, I could have googled it and called back but I was so frustrated with her lack of effort and attitude that I decided I would rather pay out of pocket and use Walgreens than go to this CVS. You lost a long time customer. When I went into Walgreens to pay out of pocket the staff was friendly and assisted me to get back onto my medication quickly. Use Walgreens for better customer service!

It's nice to have a pharmacy near by. This pharmacy is extremely efficient and clean although some times they don't have the prescription needed and can't give a an exact date or time to get them that's a negative all in all it's just ok.
