I don't understand why I have to give a conference during business hours. I've been waiting for 30 minutes for someone to explain.

Javier was very helpful. We had an issue with my propane generator. Unfortunately the parts to fix were no longer made so we couldn't fix the generator but Javier and Cummins treated me very fairly.

Javier was great. Answered all questions thoroughly and completely. Cummins got my generator in, found the problem, repaired it and promptly returned it to me. The showroom was bright and clean and inviting.
