Great gym, amazing coaches, and wonderful community! I was intimidated before joining after a long break from working out. The workouts are challenging but scalable for any person or mood, and the gym organizes monthly socials to bring people together. Special shout out to coach Dylan for his expertise, support and encouragement along my wellness journey! Thank you CFA for being so awesome!

Wonderful trainers, great facilities, and transformational coaching and instruction. Also offers a variety of training options including CrossFit small group workouts, Olympic lifting instruction, as well as Range and Resilience training. A variety of personal training options are also available. Challenging workouts, but always a pleasure.

Great gym and amazing coaches! I've been to a lot of CF gyms and this one sets the rest apart. People are kind and the coaches are educated in their field. Plus one of the coaches, Heidi, is also a BirthFit coach which is incredible. Highly recommend CFA.

CFA is hands down the best CrossFit gym I have ever been to. The programming is phenomenal, community is welcoming and the coaches are all amazing. Every single one of them. I’m bummed to be leaving this gym but am so thankful for what I’ve learned about fitness and my body specifically while working out here! I could not recommend this place enough!

I turned 59 last year and decided to get serious about getting strong and building better health for myself. So, I went and checked out several gyms that were really close to me. I met with Dylan at CrossFit Austin and I instantly knew he was the perfect Personal Trainer for me, and that he would help me accomplish my goals.I've now been working with Dylan a couple times a week for almost a year. I can't believe how strong and physically confident I've become working with Dylan. My body can now do things I would have never imagined it could do. He has helped me gain new strength after being diagnosed with Osteoporosis a few years ago, and has been helping me rebuild my health from a year of breast cancer treatments in 2017. I feel sure that when I am next tested for the Osteoporosis it will show that I've gained new bone since the last test.. I am confident that the strength training I've been doing with Dylan is the best thing I could be doing for my body and my health.I told Dylan when we started that I wanted to be a woman that could get up and down off the floor with ease at 90. I know that I will be that woman because I now know what my body is capable of when I exercise it properly and regularly. I feel great, I have more energy, I look young and fit, and I know that I'm a strong and healthy 60 year young woman.I can not recommend Dylan and CrossFit Austin enough. It's NOT your typical CrossFit Gym! I suggest you give it a try, whether it's for their group training classes or personal training.

I’ve done CrossFit in more than 10 countries and probably more than 20 different gyms, and CrossFit Austin’s combination of professionalism & community is absolutely fantastic. Never felt this welcomed or had seen these numbers on a bar before ??♂️

Highly recommend this gym. Came from out of town to do the open and they welcomed me with open arms and assisted with whatever I needed. Very responsive, and the gym and equipment is a good set up and good quality! Will definitely be coming again!

Top notch coaching! Dillan’s class was textbook. Perfectly exemplified everything an L2 coach should be. Great presence and attitude, and very personable. Whiteboard brief was concise and relevant. General warmup played with movements I haven’t seen. Specific warmup was calculated and clear. It was by far the best run, explained and demonstrated warmup I’ve experience in a very long time. Visual cues provided great reference highlighted by the verbal explanations. It was clear that his delivery is very well practiced and thoughtful. Something that could only have come from years of repetition and refinement. Throughout the strength and metcon portions he was constantly making the rounds asking poignant questions and offering very useful corrections, and striking up conversations that make the experience feel very personal and engaging. If I wasn’t just visiting this weekend, this experience is precisely what would make me sign up on the spot. Dillan is absolutely a coach who will help you grow no matter where you are in your evolution.

Just love these guys. Workouts are challenging, but everything is scalable, and you’re never made to feel less than. The coaches are amazing and know their stuff, and they coach you where you are with the aim of improving lives through movement and strength. They welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like I belong from day one, and I love the fact that there is laughter, fun, and camaraderie here. Just all around a great gym and welcoming team. ♥️

Awesome gym! Really fun, knowledgeable staff. Staff is full of licensed expert PTs, Body Work Therapy, CrossFit, Olympic lifting etc.Come drop in for a WOD, and ask Coach Jared which hair company he is currently modeling for.We do this for the Oreos.
