The other day i went into this cricket and the staff was just amazing. they helped me out so much. I went in just to look around, but these two gentleman were able to convince me to buy a new phone. They were able to accurately give me a price. I didnt even ask for them to set up the phone for me and they did it. Never in my life have i had such good customer service, and a great experience.

I went in a couple of weeks ago to buy a phone with a young lady named Anna she was extremely helpful and so sweet she helped me transfer all my stuff to my new phone without any trouble I went back about 5days a go to add a line and there were 3 people in the store a young man and 2 young ladies I asked if they could transfer the stuff from my sons iPhone to the new phone and the guy said no because it was hard to do but yet Anna was able to help me on top of that the other two young ladies were just standing there on their phones worst customer service ever. Seriously just gonna stick to buying phones with Anna because she knew how to help out a customer.

Worse phone buying experience I have ever had. I went in a few days ago to purchase an iPhone 8 which I asked if they had in stock and the cashier said yes. Somehow when the clerk rang me up I was charged for the iPhone 8+. I did not realize the mistake until after the transaction had been finalized, and I had payed in full, in cash. When I told the clerk he had made a mistake and that i did not want the iPhone 8+ he asked me if I was sure. I said yes. He asked me again if I was sure because he would have to go through the exchange process. I said yes again. 30 minutes later and after calling two managers and some technical difficulties, we were able to work it out. At the end of it all I ended up having to pay a an additional$25 restocking fee even though it was not my fault.Somehow when he returned my money back I ended up with 19 fives because they did not have any bills higher than a five dollar note. Even though I had paid in all 100 dollar bills. Overall my my iPhone buying experience was completely ruined. Will not be going back to this cricket ever again.

I went in and the store manager could not even help me he just told me to take my phone to another store and that he was too busy to help me its crazy how he said he was so busy when I was the only customer in the store sorry but Rizwan gave horrible customer service. when I went back the next day a gentlemen named Oscar helped me so much he was amazing !!!
