Very bad service, they charge you for a new card every time you want to change your phone and if it doesn't work on the other phone you stay without service until you pay for a new card, you have to pay 24 dollars to be able to have my service for that change that according to them they made

I received 5 star customer service at this location. Maria was so accommodating and efficient. I brought 2 lines over from another carrier without hassle and there were several promotions available for new customers with a complimentary subscription to Max included in their top tier plans. I should have made the switch to Cricket sooner.
