Terrible customer service. They added stuff to my account with out my say so. My family comes from Mexico I don't speak Spanish they put a person only spoke Spanish so I couldn't ask what was all the extra charge. They first thing they tell you to do is call customer service an customer service says it's independently owned. So I wouldn't recommend store

Bought a new phone on their progressive payment plan. Cashier told me to swipe my card and that I would see a $1 charge to verify card was valid. Within a day the same place that charged the $1 drained my bank account. Spoke to progressive corporate and they said no $1 charge was nessecary. Avoid this place at all cost!!!
