Got to this cricket at 7:53pm because all day we were going back and forth between apple and another cricket store and then decided to get help by another cricket store which is this one and when we arrived to this one the lady working the night shift nearly ran to lock the door and locked the door in our face and didn’t even tell us anything do better

The staff at location on HI35 and Stassney were awesome. They were very helpful and caring. But the staffing on Congress and William Cannon were no help at ya'll. I went to apply for a progrom to lower my bill and they told me that i had to come back tomorrow. They seen like staff that don't go out there way to help people.

Let me be frank; the girls behind the counter were just adhering to their only known rebuttal: "yah, your LED is burnt out" which seemed like a generic diagnosis on my first visit. This essentially was no help.On my second visit, i was under the impression I'd be receiving a free upgrade, & free phone with my family plan, much to my dismay upon learning that said benefit is for members who's monthly bill is a $60/mo. or greater family plan. They will, however, waive a $25 fee, and sell me either of 2 upgrade phones, one for $49.99, the other, for roughly triple that, albeit, a low cost phone, in both cases, compared to practically any new phone available these days. I give them 4 stars for wasting my time twice, and leaving me SMH.?

I had the occasion to waunder into the store so that I could replace the phone that I lost and restart my phone service. I had expected to buy the cheapest thing available in the store and then to upgrade later on. I was pleasantly surprised by the young saleswoman Leslie, for not only did she have product knowledge but her sales technique was on point. She intuitively sent out probing questions during our conversation in such a way that my CD personality did not flare up. After the probing questions she educated me on the choices that were available to me and sold me on a much more expensive phone that I never would have looked at. From the bottom of my heart I hope cricket was reading this and I hope that y'all have the common sense to overtrain this young lady and formalize her relationship management skills and rapidly promote her. During my career of over 25 years in sales I have rarely seen such raw talent wrapped up in an individual that genuinely cares for the customer and the brand. Should Cricket fail to take these words under advisement any company reading this should be aggressively recruiting her.
