I had a very good experience with this location the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. VICTORIA was very professional and assisted me with my phone issues and resolved them very quickly. The store was very clean and organized. I was greeted when I walked in with such high energy. Which I loved. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Store always smells like weed the manager from the store takes money from the back to take weed other people who work there take money from the register but doesnt fire them . The store is closed mid day around 1. The district manager doesn’t care if people take money from there either

Wow hands down the best customer service I’ve seen in a while ! Elvira was so knowledgeable , attentive on all of my concerns! She helped me switch to cricket after being with t-mobile for a few years. She helped me transfer all of my contacts, pictures, apps no issues . Thank you Elvira we will definitely be coming back !

Avoid this ghetto store location. T-mobile and boost mobile are very close, wish I saw them 4 days ago. Went to get the protection refunded that I told the representative I didn't want and the female was 1000% percent unprofessional, yelling, rolling eyes and arguing, instead of trying to refund the little phone protection.

This location HANDS DOWN best Customer Service by far in Austin, Texas! Whomever the District Manager is this location should be an example to all of your other store locations for going above and beyond with their Customer Service. From the moment you enter to the time you leave very pleasant, professional, and polite. This is not the closest location for me but I will take the time to travel to be treated as a human and customer. The manager Cornelius a hidden jewel and obvious a joy to and an example of the staff that works slong side of him! Daniela exceptional customer service! She went above and beyond to assist me as well as others during my time in this store. Both took the time to assist with my frustration turning it around into a relief and gaining a sale. I felt valued as a customer and not just another dollar to gain.Again, several stores in the Austin area could benefit and learn A LOT from this location. Starting with the way you should treat every customer. This store is a shining example of what should represent a company. Each employee should be recognized and truly VALUED as a representative of Cricket. They are an ASSET to Cricket which they should never lose! Thank you again Daniela and Cornelius for your exceptional service! You made my experience less stressful and painless! ?

This place is terrible. I purchased two watches.they do not show US time they show time from China. They do not stand behind the product they sale. They refused to give me a refund because accessories are non refundable. I recommend you not purchase accessories if you want them to work.
