Rubi and Abril are absolutely amazing !! No matter how busy the store may be , they go out of their way to provide service that exceeds all expectations. If you need to visit a cricket wireless store, this is the location in Austin that you should be coming to. They need a raise and extra Xmas presents this year. :). Thank you guys for helping me in my time of need !!!

Very helpful, and I qualified for a coupon with my membership which discounted my new phone upgrade. Inexpensive cases, and a $15 fee for a screen cover, $25 for insurance, culminating in an overall great experience that took only minutes with no hassle and friendly ladies beyond the COVID glass guard, that responded to my dad jokes with enthusiasm regardless of my cheesiness, LOL!!!??

Leticia went above and beyond to get a situation taken care of. The situation required another on store person as well as on line help, she stuck it out with a smile. The process was not only confusing but lots of steps in the process. End result was above and beyond my expectations---thanks Leticia
