I was trying to have a nice lunch at Pheobes Diner next door but couldn't because this place was blasting their music! How can you run a business like that? My partner and I couldn't even have a conversation without having to talk over the noise! Whoever runs this place needs to be fired!

The security of my PIN was apparently compromised by Cricket. Though I never gave it out, not even to my wife, somebody had my PIN and hi-jacket my phone number. Without going into the details of the damage that I experienced, I want to comment that I went to a nearby Cricket store and notified the company of the problem within 24 hours. An investigation was started. I had no phone service while it was being investigated. Two more investigation commenced and I had no phone service for 29 days! One email account was linked to the phone and therefore hi-jacked through the phone. I was not able to get my email account until I got my phone number back. Over the 29 days, I made 24 calls to Cricket (on my wife's phone) and spoke with two managers. What should have taken one week, at most, took 29 days. Now I do not trust the security of Cricket and I will be changing phone companies at the end of my monthly billing period. Much trouble was due to the lack of security at Cricket.

Great costumer service! I came across with this phone store on Internet and I could not be happier. Moreover, the sales clerk, whose name was Madelin, was friendly,polite and helpful. It is very clear that she is knowledgeable when it comes to phones. I would definitely recommend this company and they definitely have a new costumer. I would rate it 9/10

The "store operator" flipped off guests who were in the parking because they were late for their New Years Day shift. She then proceeded to take the parking spot herself, I'm confused, isn't that for guest parking and didn't she just do what she was outraged about?

The customer service was average.I was only in to pay my bill. My complaint is being penalized an extra $4 to come into the store and pay my bill. At one time businesses would at least hide these extra charges; now it's brazenly put in the customers face.

Watch out for the predatory parking. The real business here is booting and towing dozens to hundreds of cars daily and charging people hundreds to be let out. Avoid

My phone hasn't worked correctly since getting it a year ago. I went in for an upgrade and all they could offer me was a $100 phone. The young woman acted as if I knew nothing about cell phones because I have wrinkles now. I made, programmed and sold these POS radios. What a freaking scam! Will be leaving the Cricket wireless service soon

A Door Dash driver was stabbed to death in your parking lot by the person you had booting cars that park in your spaces! You need to seriously rethink your business practices and the people you hire!

A man DIED today because of THIS LOCATION and their GREED!! Cricket contracts and profits from a sketchy boot/tow company (who I have personally had problems with even though I've never parked anywhere near crickets d*** dirty spots). The tow/boot contractor STABBED AND KILLED a food delivery driver to death for parking in their spot for 20 seconds to grab a to-go bag of food from next door. All because the sketchy contractor couldn't get the boot on this poor DEAD mans car fast enough. WAY TO GO CRICKET ! Go to cricket if you'd like horrible phone service- and as a bonus you might just get STABBED TO DEATH!

Literally these people are awful. First of all the employees are on their phones doing absolutely nothing. If there is a manager there they should be fired and I will be contacting corporate to turn them in. Second of all a guy was simply picking up a to go order from the restaurant next door and they had him booted. He was there for maybe 90 seconds. I guess they are more concerned with putting boots on cars than doing their jobs. It's quite ridiculous to pay two lazy employees to sit in an empty room. I will be letting corporate that no one I know will ever be allowed to get Cricket because of how poorly this company conducts business.

How can you be so thoughtless and plain stupid to send a sales team door to door in the middle of a pandemic going through a surge? And then the idiot pulls his mask down to talk to me!?! I thought it was my daughter or I wouldn't even have opened my door! I just got out of the hospital with heart problems and this money grubbing company is sending people door to door and dropping their mask to communicate and I'm not vaccinated. Have you not heard of phone sales? I am so pissed that this thoughtless company may have just compromised me and all my security measures to sell me something!!!! Too bad I had to give them a 1 to qualify for a review. I would rate them -10 just for not caring enough for the general public,(their customers) to not just show up on people's doorsteps uninvited during a pandemic in surge mode. I will go without communication devices before I would ever ever deal with Verizon!!!!!!!!
