I have been here twice and both times the experience was great. This time today, I was having issues with my phone's USB-C port not maintaining a solid connection. I was on the verge of buying a new phone but wanted to see how much a repair would cost. Shoron was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes and fixed the issue. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars!

The whole team at the store joined forces to help me get the Speck AirPod case cover off my AirPods. And with great success and no damage to my AirPods. Bravo team! Thank you. The case was plastic and was stuck to the AirPod and I couldn’t get it out for the life of me.
