Lost my results and delayed my treatment for simple travel sickness. Then after receiving no actual services they sent an additional bill to my insurance and another surprise bill to my house. It's just $40 but it's completely insulting considering it would be their 3rd way to get paid on services they never provided, then they had the nerve to send $40 to collections. Don't let these people make whatever issues you're having worse.

The person who drew my labs didn't use alcohol swab to wipe my skin before getting my labs. She was somewhat rude from the begining checking me in, chewing gum and all. My appointment was 11:30 I guess they didn't like someone going in that close to their lunch time.

I have fainted in the past when getting my blood drawn. I let them know and they made adjustments to make me feel very comfortable and they made it so quick and painless. So grateful for them!

Walk in service this morning. Everyone very friendly and efficient. Unlike quest, there is a human receptionist to solve problems. Recommended.

Haven't been yet. Online appointments manageable. They also do walk-ins. Separate entrance from Bailey Square Surgery Center.

I don’t understand why the CPL website will allow you to make an appt but not honor the appt time. It makes no difference when your appt time is, you sit and wait behind walk ins as well. The front desk staff was nice, but sitting for an hour waiting when you have taken the time to schedule an appt and show up at that time, is unacceptable.

I know the office closes at noon. My husband and I got there two minutes before closing but they way we were treated really unprofessional and disrespectful. One of the nurses made a face and laughed (at the end saying "adios" sarcastically) The nurse with purple scrubs draw my husbands blood was very painful. I am sorry if we arrived just before closing but that is not a reason to be treated this way.

Desperately understaffed. The billing folks are friendly. The first time I was here it was for two hours, today I’m approaching one hour. The only reason I’m even here again is because the phlebotomist “forgot” to collect all my needed vials—they told me it was a “lab error”. Good luck! Make sure to get an appointment & bring a book. The waiting room only has a few seats and many people bring their children.
