Do not buy anything in the finance department. They will lie to you and tell you that it is a bumper to bumper warranty when its not and then when you call them out on it they will not do anything about it. I have had 3 things go wrong with my truck and the warranty company will not cover it but the covert finance guy said bumper to bumper guess he is just trying to screw over the customer and put as much as he can in his pocket.. I have bought 7 vehicles from this auto group and will never go back. Then when you call to get it figured out all they do is send you to a vmail. leave a message wait a couple hours and call back and you get the same thing. The customer service has drastically fallen with this company.

About a month ago I had purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 and I can honestly say that I am more than satisfied with our new truck. We went in looking for a car and came out with a truck. We didnt think they could have affordable trucks, but they had even better deals than the cars we had gone to see. They did their best on staying with our budget and didn't push us into getting anything we couldn't afford. I will definitely come back for our next vehicle! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve bought my last five cars from Covert Ford and I’ve always had great experiences and great service. I just bought a 2023 Ford Explorer from Lali Mercado and she was a delight to work with. She was very professional and thoroughly knowledgeable. No high pressure. Lali was just focused on making sure that I found a car that I wanted and then assisting me with the transaction. If you’re in the market for a car, new or used, I highly recommend Lali Mercado.
