This is by far the best dealership. John Cunningham who repairs the windshields for Covert Cadillac customers is the best! He is by far the best windshield repair service I have ever experienced. Any future windshield repairs will be done by John. Thank you for all you do!

The sales team was great and they truly cared about making my experience great through out the entire process. Unfortunately shortly after taking the car home I discovered there was something wrong with the car as it would sway back and forth drastically driving over 60 mph. I told my salesmen about it and I was able to take the car back and it turned out the car hadn't been aligned properly. After picking it up it was still not driving right so I called again and this time schedule an appointment to drive with a mechanic to show them the issue. The issue was pretty clear and the mechanic understood what needed to be done. After picking up the car again it STILL had an issue with the steering. I reached out to the service department that it still felt like something was wrong but they insisted the car was driving as it should be. I just took the car on a small road trip and have never had any car drive the way this car did. It sways back and forth when I'm driving faster than 60 mph and if the lane assist is turned out it literally sways left to right as if bumping or bouncing off of the lines trying to correct itself to drive straight. It is unbelievable that a BRAND NEW Cadillac drives in this manner. I'm pretty sure it is extremely dangerous to be driving around in a car that never drives straight and always veers off in any direction, but I was assured by the dealership that it drives as it should so it is incredibly upsetting that a brand new Cadillac drives worse than any car I've ever driven before. Steve and the sales team were great, but it is upsetting that my brand new Cadillac, that wasn't serviced properly before leaving the lot, still has issues with the steering and the service department can honestly say that the car is driving as it should. I took extra time off from work to try and resolve this issue that is still going on and was told the car drives as it should. Worst car purchase experience I have ever had. Driving around in a brand new 2024 Cadillac that can't even drive straight on the road, Thanks Covert.

Sales person actually tried to gaslight me. He lured me into the dealership by saying one thing over text, then claimed he said something else while in person. It was shocking and like nothing I’ve ever experienced.
When I called him out on it he doubled down on and expressed no concern after I explained to him I was a little confused and upset as to why I then waisted a 40 minute trip to the dealership to just to be told I can’t look at a car.
Avoid this place (and this guy, Derek) if you’re looking for something unique or special.

OMG! I can’t express how amazing my experience was. Santana was our finance manager who worked with us in every way possible. Rodrigo was our salesman, he was patient, kind & relatable. He never once made us feel uncomfortable or like he didn’t have time. From the beginning the entire service was spectacular! I drove off in my new Cadillac truck which I love. Thankful for a team who went over & beyond.
