They have some cute Items but the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They’re a bunch of teenagers and are so not in the mood to work. They don’t do price matching with online prices and they do not have in store pick up which just means they’re forcing you to pay for shipping. Never buying from this store again. Do NOT recommend.

The manager is very very rude accused me of stealing for just holding a necklace in my hand, never once tried to steal it then proceeded to ask to check my bags and i showed her and still didn’t have anything in my bag.

Employee Daisy was extremely rude and confrontational tonight. She screamed at me when SHE messed up and charged me for an item I was exchanging. When I asked for a manager she replied with “go get her”.

Female manager was extremely rude. She was watching my friend and I shop(we are both minorities) the entire time we were there. While people of her same race were walking in and out of the dressing rooms with handfuls of clothes, she stops my friend and i and only lets us try on one pair of jeans out of the 8 items i was asking to try on. She gave me a dirty look the entire time i was trying to check out. Will NEVER return to this cotton on until it is under better management. It’s quiet sad when the teenage staff is more helpful and professional then the adult manager!

If I could give this place zero stars I really would , but when I say I have never ever visited a cotton in my life that has ever treated me and my friend so horrible like this cotton on did it makes me so furious the fact that I have to write this about a cotton on ! , first not only did we feel racially discriminated but the fact that they wouldn’t allow us to try on our clothes in peace speaks character of that manager lady so rude so unprofessional and the girl with the blonde ends yuck disgusting behavior. Let’s treat everyone EQUALLY and not racially discriminate others . Allowing others in the dressing room no questions asked but as soon as me and my friend get to the dressing room we get stopped and they only allow us to try on one item that is ridiculous . Sorry but this is the worst cotton on , the girl checking out tho she was super sweet and kind not once did she disrespect us I think that she should be manager and not that Karen looking 30 year old mom .

Bought 100 dollars worth of clothes and was offered to buy one of there bags. I said no and they just let me walk out with all the clothes on hand. Very dissatisfied because a mall should provide bags instead of selling bags like the grocery stores...

Long haired gentleman in the Barton Creek Mall location is extremely rude and confrontational. We have always loved this store, but don’t plan on returning after the service we received! Shopping small going forward, as it’s evident these chain stores have aggressive & unhappy employees!

Their concept is Basic colors and design a little pricey but I don’t know bro, I love it every time I go. The clothes are simple but they do make me happy and comfortable while wearing them.

Had two items to return with receipts and tags but tags were off of clothing. Told me nothing could be done because the tags were off. I've worked retail, it's a little gun that you retag with, not a big deal at all.Went to cedar park cotton on and what do you know made a full return no problems.Main cashier is very unhelpful and rude. Cedar park cotton on was happy to assist.

Bad policies. Bad customer service. I tried to exchange a dress that I purchased two months ago but I lost my receipt and they can only give me credit for what is worth at the moment. This store sucks. Never shopping again.
