Don’t ever do a walk-in. They won’t give you an update, they miss the quote and be offended the entire time.I sat around for 4 hours on a 2 hour quote, every time I asked for an update, I was stared at for a minute and replied, ‘ I don’t know!’ After the store closed at 9 they started on my two tires. They then came out and told me they couldn’t do it, the stems are broke on my old tires. Boiling over inside I told them to give me my keys and a refund. When he returned I asked him how a tire store doesn’t have stems, his answer was, ‘we do.’ Confused I asked them why would you tell me you couldn’t do it? Who leads with that? It’s like they were messing with me. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t go back ever for the $50 you save.

Love this place. Everything we need and at such awesome prices. We load up and save so much time not having to go back and forth to grocery store all the time. Plus the service is spectacular. I can't wait until they open the first one in Albany region next Spring!

Really well run company. I live near a Costco and for a few years would have a friend take me over to buy stuff occasionally. Eventually though I bit the bullet and joined.Because there are only two of us in our home, most of the time we don't food there. That's mainly because they sell very large portions of just about all food. We do buy our Keurig K-Cup Coffee there, the prices are good, especially when they're on sale. We've bought a matress and box spring and two large TVs from them. What's nice is that I got a sale flyer in the mail a few weeks after we got our first TV and it had that model for $200 less. They match their own prices for 30 days. I logged onto the website, put in a request for price change and got a $200 (plus the tax) credit. What's really nice about the store is how helpful the people who work there are. They're always willing to help out anyway they can. It can be a bit difficult to find things there, but you can ask. Another thing that's really good is how easy it is to return things.

Great items but horrible customer service. I am a college student who used her moms account and was unaware I would not be able to use her account without her present. (We live in different towns since im away at college) After being basically scolded for using my parents account to buy and then return something the lady at the customer service desk laughed in my face and was super passive aggressive.I understand now there is a company policy but what happened to customer service and being polite? Educate us, don't scold or be rude. Do better.

It's Columbus Day so I thought that it wouldn't be busy. Man, was I wrong. The samples today were lame considering the amount of people in the store. I got what I went for plus a few more things- per usual. :) The best thing about today's trip was the quick exit through the self check line. You can use the little wand thing to scan your items and leave it all in your cart which is a time saver for sure!

If you go for a tire rotation, note the tire location before and after they perform the rotation and compare it with what your tire manufacturer recommends.First time coming to this Costco Tire and they did the rotation pattern for a front wheel drive car even though my car is AWD.I let them know the issue and they blew me off. Saying they didn't do that rotation pattern and if i really wanted it fixed I'd have to wait a few hours so they could fix it.

This is our go-to costco store. I like the location, it's usually pretty busy since it might be the only costco in the south Austin area but it's never too crazy. Pretty well stocked and they always have some new things come in which is pretty standard for any costco.

San was extremely rude and irritable. Very surprised Costco would allow someone that unfriendly to be responsible for customer service.

4.5 I went to Costco with my family to shop for some things. We went on a Tuesday evening at 7 pm. This location closed at 8:30 so we had some time to shop. There was parking and it wasn't very crowded in the store. Costco is a membership only retail warehouse full of all kinds of things. It has food, clothes, electronics, home appliances and many other things. They also have a Costco Optical which is where I order my contacts and update my eye glasses prescription every year. I usually have to wait in line because there's only 1 or 2 people working in that section but the customer service has always been positive. The check out process in the main part of the store went fairly quick which surprised me but we were checking out right before closing. They have a food court area across from the check out area where you can get a slice of pizza or other food items and drinks that they offer. Costco has some good deals and is worth going if you don't mind paying membership fees and like buying things in bulk.

Next time I’ll stay with Discount Tire. Went for warranty work and I was advised since I didn’t have an apt I’d be there pretty much all day for them to get to it. The best apt they could give was a week away. Hope my tire lasts that long.

I purchased a Westerly 6-piece Fabric Power Reclining Sectional with Power Headrests on 11/20/2021 for $2,489.74. Roughly 10 months later the couch became defective in that the base support for the backrest broke and now will not support any weight. This is a safety concern considering I have two children and they could easily fall off and back through the couch. I reported this to Costco in Late February not knowing the severity of the defective base and I am still getting the run around and poor customer service. Costco will not exchange the couch due to the brand not being available, and they will not exchange with a different brand due to the fabric blend. My current blend is 50/50 Polyester Polyurethane blend, while the closest (everything is the same except the fabric) match but different brand is a 50/50 Polyester Vinyl blend. They attempted to use the manufacturer who did come out but did not repair the item onsite. Instead they just tightened a few screws on the backs of other pieces and submitted a repair request back to Costco. Months later Costco requested the part be delivered and they sent the wrong part. I again requested an exchange and was told I would have to return my couch, purchase a new one and Costco would pay any difference. Its beyond me that Costco would first assume I can just purchase the difference, and also I would be couch-less for several weeks while waiting for the new couch. I'm really disappointed in Costco and their ability to resolve an issue in a timely manor. We chose Costco because we felt if anything went wrong the process would be seamless. We were obviously wrong and will never trust Costco again for large purchases or any purchase for that matter.

I rarely leave negative reviews and I actually love Costco as a company but we had a really negative customer service experience in the tire department. After pre-paying for two new tires and their instillation we got a call from the service department stating that they would not put the spare back on due to concerns that the cable was not dropping easily enough.I gave them the verbal go ahead do whatever they needed to get the spare tire back on as that is part of the new tire installation service. They said they would call back after talking to the manager and Never did, and simply threw the spare in the back of the car for me to deal with.Thankfully I am capable and was able to get the spare put back on myself but what would my mother or daughter have done if they had been left with a spare taking up their whole trunk and no way to put it back on.Basically, I pre-paid Costco for a service which they did not deliver, and then alerted the manager Cesar about the situation who chose to do nothing and stood by the position that Costco’s policy is to cover their butts/limit liability over providing decent customer service.I’m very disappointed in the experience.

The Costco in general is fine. The optical department is pretty shady. They try to get you to take whatever the lab sends over. Without regard to whether it was done correctly. It's particularly important to be an educated consumer or they will take advantage. And a couple of the optical department employees had a pretty superior and snarky attitude. Shame.
