I normally shop at the William Canon location but was in the area near Research Blvd location. I shopped on Friday 08Mar early afternoon; store was unusually busy. I was not able to find the Home&Body Hand Soap in the store. When I checked out I asked about the soap. I was directed to the customer service desk. The Costco rep was able to find the soap and brought it to me. They told me, however, that even though I had completed my shopping and already waited in line once to pay for my purchases none of the Costco reps would help me pay for the soap. I was told that I need to go back into the store and wait in line again to pay for the soap. I'm an exec member and have been a Costco member for decades. Not sure what happened to customer service. There were several registers and people available that would have afforded me the opportunity to pay for the soap. Will try not to return to this location. Hopefully not indicative of a decline in Costco customer support. Sad. Too bad.

This Costco location has more plants (tree saplings) than the South Austin store. It also stocks more Indian food varieties including organic dal (lentils) and sona masoori rice, usually by Khazana brand. Checkout lines are long, especially during the weekend.

The area is extremely congested, but there's always great products. I wish the line wasn't so long being that people were waiting from the back of the store. I think the employees are flustered because it's always busy. I wish there was better organization.

What happened to the level of customer service here? You can tell the employees are unhappy. Been going to this location for years and the last two times I shopped there (and spend hundreds of dollars each time) I've been treated badly. One experience I'll never forget was when I asked the cashier how much this particular water was because there wasn't a price posted and the guy helping her said "I bet I can go back there and find the price tag right now" basically calling me stupid. Plus last time I went they didn't have ANYTHING I needed because they don't carry the products anymore...It's starting to become worthless to be a member anymore. I'll take my chances with H‑E‑B, at least I know I won't be treated horribly and called stupid.

Really, if you can use this pharmacy for your medicine, do it, you will not regret it... they are always willing to give you the best service. I have been with them for 5 years and if you use their credit card and you’re a member, you have double points which translates into cash later, but that it’s sweet for me??

What can I say? A lot of organics of excellent quality. I don't buy meat there -- seems mass produced.

Rude woman working the exit. Can not articulate her reason for not allowing to going to food court with a membership. This is the only person working for Costco who is just flat out rude

I called the pharmacy at 10:15 AM on 10-4-23 for a prescription refill which is at other Costco location (it’s a simple call to the store to transfer ). She told it will take more than 24 hrs or worst case 5:00 PM!! Never experienced this at Costco or any pharmacy that a refill is taking more than 24 hrs. This is a standard allergy nasal spray available everywhereWhat is the point of having Costco membership!!

Top notch service. Very knowledgeable staff with good advice. Maintained professionalism while unreasonable customer was trying to create a scene while leaving a "bad review".

Today, 9/22/23, was the first time I've had a negative experience at this Costco. I got into the "self checkout" lane that is actually staffed. This is a great convenience. Today the person directing customers to a lane to check out obviously spoke little to no English. He kept on saying to me, "eight, eight." I finally figured out he meant for me to go to lane "A." When I got to the register there was another young man who stood there with his hands in his pockets. He would not look at me. I finally asked him is he was working that register. He just grunted and scanned my card. The rest of the transaction went ok but the person never looked at me or acknowledged me in any way. I described the scene to a young man at the front of the store who appeared to be in some management position. Not sure what this is about Costco but someone needs to not only require some English literacy but also train these folks.

I recently switched from an online pharmacy because of stock shortages of my medications and I am so glad I did! Every time I need to pick up my meds, they are so kind, efficient, and accommodating. Sometimes there’s a little line, but they do everything they can to keep it moving. I’ve mostly had Crystal and Kevin help me, and they both go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. Kudos to them, and the rest of the pharmacy staff!
