I do the pest control for River Place and the property management team as well as the entire Cortland River Place team are a joy to work with.
It is also a very clean environment and i would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

I toured a few weeks back and absolutely loved it, Carmen toured me and she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I ended up choosing a different Cortland community solely due to the location as it’s closer to my job but this place was definitely my second top choice! I love the river place nature trail that’s right...
