I just returned home to load up equipment for my job site. My driveway is blocked where I can’t get my flat bed out. The driver tells me I need to wait 10 minutes because he’s busy.*Update*CORT, thank you for the prompt response. The driver continued to sit in front of the house, engine running for another 15 minutes after the 20 minutes of completing his task. I asked him to move again. He said my truck was in the way and I told him he had reverse. I called the Sheriffs Dept.Thankfully he left before they arrived. I hope they are not as unprofessional with your customers. That time lost cost me $750 in labor hours.

We rented furniture from CORT, and they exceeded our expectations! The furniture delivery representatives, Felix and Yannic (I didn't catch the spelling), were wonderful. We loved our furniture, which included full living room, dining, and bedroom sets with all matching furniture. All of the pieces were in great condition and looked lightly used, as we expected.The couch was surprisingly so comfortable, and the furniture looked really nice. I would absolutely rent furniture from CORT again.

Great selection of quality, gently used furniture in my budget-conscience price range to furnish living and dining rooms for a rental condo. Will definitely keep them in mind for mattresses, too. For an extra fee, my furniture was delivered to New Braunfels and brought inside the rental unit. The delivery crew was really nice and executed flawlessly. Adam, the manager, was super helpful at the warehouse, easy to communicate with before and after the purchase, and coordinated delivery. Would not hesitate to purchase from Cort's Austin store again.

I have rented from Cort for the last several years. Recently we had to move our furniture from one apartment complex to another in Austin. Can't say enough about the 5 star service Adam S. provided. Helped us navigate all the issues and was extremely responsive to all of our needs. Thank You Adam!

Their movers opened our mail and stole medications. I filed a police report and tried to call their manager but no one answers.
