My car shut down on me and I know absolutely nothing about cars and was stranded in a parking lot. They came to me diagnosed my car and fixed it within an hour. They were very informative and explained everything to me along the way. Great price great service. I would definitely recommend them for any mechanic needs you may have.

Great service! Met with us for a used vehicle inspection of a car we were looking to purchase. Fully examined the car, being super thorough, testing everything, and was honest about the condition. We went to look at another one right after the first and he happily came along with us even though it was on a whim. Great guy, great service, and really knows his stuff. So happy we contacted him to help us.

I was clueless and unsure about what was going on with my car when it was leaking fluid and seemed to be overheating. Nicholas answered my call immediately trying to diagnose the problem even before arriving. He did not waste time in figuring out the culprit was the fan system and showed me how the motors were shot. From the time he arrived to when we got it fixed at the auto parts shop, it was only about an hour and a half. Truly appreciate his professionalism and efficiency. Will definitely use again and could not more highly recommend this business to anyone in need of any kind of car repair.

Tried to scam me into paying more than was agreed upon originally. I was able to stand my ground and pay what my original quote was, but not without getting called a slurry of names and them threatening to steal my car. Before any of the payment drama went down, Nicholas made two crude comments about the way I was dressed. Completely unprofessional and made me feel unsafe as a 19 year old woman. Do not book these people.

Nicholas was EXTREMELY helpful. I called as I had a flat that was rusted on. He was going to make time for me even though he had family matters preventing him from doing so. He also provided me helpful tips that allowed me to remove the tire so he didn’t need to come out. Cannot recommend them enough!

So fast. Within calling to getting my car fixed was like 2 hours. Incredible. Went above and beyond also.
Saved me from needing to get my car towed and waiting for a shop to get to it. Waaaayy more efficient this way.

Amazing service. My Infiniti QX80 shut down completely. Was on UT Austin campus trying to jump start car did not work. Came out to get me a new battery and I was up and running in less than and hour. Great Mobile service amazing efficient and very kind. Saved me in this situation.

Nicholas was absolutely amazing!!! I called him last minute on Friday of New Year's Eve weekend because one of our vans wasn't starting and we needed it fixed ASAP. He made it happen (despite his super busy schedule) and was such a pleasure to deal with. Fixed within 2 hours of me calling on such a busy weekend! Hopefully, this won't happen to us for a while, but when it does, I am calling Cornerstone Mobile Auto Repair.

I called to ask the hours for Christmas and the owner was so rude to me. Zero kindness. Told him I’d call someone else that wasn’t rude and he said go for it. This place should not be in business with a rude owner like him.
EDIT: he replied. That is not at all what happened. He was very unprofessional upon calling. I asked if he could help Christmas Day cause I was busy today. There was silence and then rudeness. Not once did he bother to be professional or even ask the make or model of my vehicle. I do not do business with unprofessional people. Then he managed to call my phone number. He is a bad business owner. If he would have simply said he’s sorry he is closed on Christmas and was nice, I would have understood.
