Middle of the day and the workers locked the doors and just chatted. Very rude when you trying to ask them when they would open and said “whenever they wanted”. Won’t be back.

This review is for the sweet, amazing, hard working lady that is there weekend mornings from 5am-11. I look forward to seeing her every morning when I take my husband to work. She is always so lovely and constantly moving around doing something in the store. She told me this morning she hasn't gotten much rest, so I hope some of her coworkers will ask her how she's doing and give an extra helping hand. She is always so kind and I love having a morning chat with her. I am so glad this circle K is right next to my husband's job. This location also has the best gas prices on the west side of William cannon. If you happen to be on that side of William cannon and need something from a convenience store, definitely stop by here and make sure you give my new friend a smile and ask how she's doing ❤️

This is honestly my preferred gas stations for so many reasons, but the employees here have never been anything short of the kindest humans. I usually just get gas outside and head on my way (they also have some of the best prices on a regular basis!), but every time I've needed to go inside, I have been met with decent, polite, and just nice people. While I was getting gas outside today, one gentleman was outside wiping down the pumps and then walking around sweeping up the trash. I get that this is just a gas station, but I think sometimes we underestimate how much a simple act of kindness or a smile can impact someone's day. I also love the Circle K Days they regularly host (I believe it's quarterly or bi-annual), where they offer gas $0.30 off per gallon, give away all sorts of coupons for future use, and the #1 best thing they offer on these days is a Circle K card that gives you $0.10 off per gallon daily for several months. Such a good deal! I actively search for Circle K stations when I'm getting gas because of this place and the offers they have. 10/10

I would leave zero stars if Google allowed. Went to get gas and a car wash at 11:50pm last night. The pump screen said "clerk has your receipt" (with the code for the car wash). Went in and asked for my receipt, the guy said "I've already closed everything." This was before closing time. He said he couldn't do anything. Refused to give me my receipt with the car wash code on it. Refused to give me the manager's number. They basically have my money and have refused to provide the service.

The car wash blower is still out - if the station isn't going to fix the parts of the car wash, a credit should be given - it is not reasonable to read the signs since a car wash is generally purchased at the pump...

Walked in today 2/15/23 around 8:30 am to pay inside for my gas and a drink and the two workers Evette and Marissa were super nice friendly will be coming back to this store since it on my way to work and knowing two friendly workers will leave me satisfied with their great mood and customer service

this circle k is NEVER open. i repeat. NEVER open. i have come by multiple times to use a reward i have and have not been able too for a month because ITS ALWAYS CLOSED. i guess no one works here because apparently they are always closed because of short staff. i hate being that person and writing a nasty review but it so unbelievably frustrating when you have to drive 30 minutes to a different circle K. on top of all of this, only ONE gas pump was in service and it's RUSH HOUR. i'm sorry circle K but i'll be going to 7/11 from now on.

Stopped at this circle K on my way into work to pick up a snack and a drink. I’m a nurse and was wearing scrubs. I was greeted upon entering the store and the clerk was very friendly. When I went to pay, he let me know that my polar pop was free since I’m a nurse. That was such a nice surprise. I had a co-worker who was treated very rudely stopping at a different Austin gas station in her scrubs, so the kindness of this clerk was much appreciated, as was the drink!

I entered this store today wearing a mask. Signs on both doors stated masks must be worn to enter the store. I will not enter anywhere where masks are not worn. It is a county ordinance that masks be worn in public in Travis County. I was waiting to check out when 3 young men entered without masks. I politely said "You need a mask to be in here". The clerk quickly told them they were OK. When I questioned her about it ...and pointed out there was a sign on the door requiring masks, she rudely told me she can take that sign down whenever she wants to. She then refused me my purchase and told me I could take my business elsewhere. This is not how it works, Circle K! If a sign is posted that masks are to be worn inside, a clerk does not get to pick and choose who wears one and who doesn't. That's not how it works. Those with pre-existing conditions and compromised immune systems are trying to stay alive. Your clerk does not have the right to re-write County ordinances. Your clerk is playing Russian Roulette with people's lives. Totally unacceptable.

Had a sign on the door saying bathroom out of order, if that's the case then where do the employees go to the bathroom?? I used to use the bathroom here on my break and but a drink, but I guess I can't do that anymore.

Car wash damaged my vehicle and after 6 weeks of back and forth Circle K responded with “we deny any liability in regards to your incident”, not even an apology was offered. When the machine removes the front grill cover of an SUV there should be some sort of remorse.
