What a joke of a place this ended up being. TWO HOURS!!!! wasted. Had a $200 gift card that they ran through their processing system that was approved, money taken off it only to be told it’s expired. $3300 sale halted due to ignorance. Take your money elsewhere!!!!!

My experience is not pleasant, in the store they treated me well. But at the time they took my order, it was not complete. 2 the delivery people are very rude, 3 when they arrived with my “complete” order, it wasn't going either. And they did not notify the offices that something was missing from my order, and they wanted to charge me the delivery cost again. I call the offices and they only apologize, but they never resolve anything. I'm still waiting to see what they will do with my order. I have already called and I still don't have a reason.

Darci was wonderful to work with! She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right pieces to move into my new home. I couldn’t imagine having a better experience spending too much money.

I was shocked that the appliances were comparable prices and that I could get it the next day :) Darcy was very educated in her products and was fun to shop with. I would say the warranty were a bit higher, but maybe worth the great service. We will be back!

Love Conn’s! No pressure sales and I always feel like I left with a good deal. Their financing is great! Pay off before 2 years and there is no interest. Our sales man was no pressure and answered any questions we had. This location is different because they have appliances. We went there to purchase a stackable washer and dryer and found the one that suited us there. They were willing to price match.
