The staff were friendly but the wait time was a bit ridiculous. I waited almost two hours after my scheduled appointment to be called back, and watched as others came in after me and were called back before me. Other then that like I said the staff were friendly and sociable.

Had a doctor appointment and PT. The staff at Concentra was great. From the time I check in till the time I checked out.

I waited 3 hours to be seen. There needs to be more than one physician in attendance. This care centers offer too much for one person.

Waiting over 2 hours… passed over a times, however front desk personnel was pleasant and through.. Dr. visit with Dr. J very detailed one.

They had a lot of people. But they tried to get you out as fast and accurately as possible. The staff answered my questions and were very patient and nice.

I went for pre-employment screening. The staff was friendly and quick. Finding the office was a bit challenging since my navigator only showed me the mall address and ignored the suite number. There were no guidelines on what to do prior to collection, nor was there any follow-up with results. The intake form specifically asked if I wanted to get the results and a number to send them to. I requested that info and provided a text number. So, the staff seems great, but the screening information is a bit lacking.

All the staff was very helpful, kind ,caring and friendly it was just a all around tremendous experience and I would continue to go to them as well and the doctor was extremely awesome ?!!!!!!

Sweet even though they were busy. Kym at the front desk was professional while busting her a-- the whole time I was there.Doc was cool, funny, yet to the point. PT folks were even nice!
